The service was not good. On one occasion, when food was sent to my table, cutlery was not provided. Today, I had breakfast there. When the mug ran out of refillable tea, I went to the counter and asked for a tea refill. The staff member told me she would add hot water! This is not right, as there would be no taste left! And she was a crew leader! Thanks to the older lady staff member who understood and brought me the refillable tea.

Terrible service. I ordered a breakfast deluxe with 3 pancakes but was only given 2 butters. When I tried to ask for one extra, I was told to pay $0.50. The staff then ignored me and continued with her work. So stingy, as if the $0.50 goes into her salary. McDonald's is just trying to make more money by giving 2 butters for 3 pieces of pancakes, which is ridiculous.

I have visited this branch multiple times, usually on weekends, and have consistently received good service. I always order takeaway, typically bringing the food home by bicycle. I usually order one large drink and two or three small ones. Until now, the staff have always packed the large drink separately and grouped the small ones together, which made it easy and safe to carry.
However, this morning (Thursday), I visited during breakfast hours for the first time and was extremely disappointed. The large and small drinks were all packed together in a single bag without proper care. On my way home, one of the small drink lids came off inside the bag, spilling the drink all over my hands, feet, and even my face. This was not only messy but completely ruined my morning before I could even eat.
I don’t know whether this happened because the staff was careless or because they were not properly trained, but either way, it’s unacceptable. I hope management seriously looks into this and ensures that proper packing procedures are followed in the future. I never want to go through something like this again.

Not sure how this McDonald's outlet has 4.1 stars? This has always been the worst one. Once, a staff member dropped ice cream on my shoes. This time, my McSpicy was quite overfried. It was at least 30% crust and quite flat. I tried to get a replacement. They did replace it, HOWEVER, they refused to give me my cheese which they also tossed along with the original burger. I can't remember the exact explanation they used. I had paid for extra cheese too. After a while, they decided to be nice and give me what I had paid for. Then later, as a female staff member was passing our table, a piece of receipt flew from her tray. Another customer was passing by and almost tripped as he tried to avoid it as it fluttered to the ground. She just looked at it on the floor and continued on her way without picking it up. At least one of the managers was actually nice and helpful and tried to replace it again, although the complaint was about the staff's behaviour. I also want to point out that not all the staff here are bad. Just one or two... or three... that spoil the place.
