Ordered 2 small Flat Whites. The flavour was pretty good once it had cooled down, but unfortunately, the milk was scalded hot. Pretty expensive at AUD$18 for two – ouch!

Your experience may vary when you dine in at this outlet. Sometimes you get nice staff and food, and sometimes you get staff like Harris, who just slides your drinks across the counter without a word. I would rather deal with a self-service machine than the staff here, to be honest.

The new staff member, Zi Wei, deserves to be fired. They clearly do not deserve the BM position with no professionalism whatsoever. GrabFood orders were not even packed in proper packaging and were handled by the new staff at this CBTL branch.

The new staff member, Zi Wei, deserves to be fired. He clearly does not deserve the Brand Manager position with no professionalism whatsoever. The GrabFood orders placed were not even packed properly, and the new BM at this CBTL branch denied my wife, who was pregnant at the time, the shuttle when she politely requested it. He rudely told her to go to the hotel, which was 1.4km away, even after she placed two orders for drinks. We had to get our helper to drive her home. Please hire more adequate staff who are not heartless to patrons who are paying customers. This is especially disappointing after supporting the brand, which clearly does not employ staff who deserve to work as 'Brand Manager' with such terrible service etiquette. Our complaint will be highlighted to higher authorities for failure to provide services to paying customers.
