The first round of fries was soggy. They were replaced, but the second round was so oily it was glowing! It's the first time I've seen McDonald's fries shining with oily surfaces. To me, this is disgusting and sloppy work. Why not drain the oil properly before serving?

I strongly recommend avoiding this location and opting for the Pioneer Mall or Boon Lay branches instead. The staff here are often unhelpful, and the service is exceptionally slow. Delivery orders are consistently delayed, and items are frequently missing. The food quality is also subpar – dishes are either poorly prepared or excessively greasy. In my experience, this is easily the most disappointing McDonald's outlet in Singapore.

The workers here are very incompetent. 95% of the time when we order takeaway from here, there is always a missing or wrong item. Today, 27/04/2025 at 1000hrs, I ordered breakfast worth $70 for my family. Most of the items were hotcakes. When we received all the food, the most important thing to eat with hotcakes is syrup, and we didn't even receive a single bottle. That's how incompetent the workers are. I'm trying to be understanding as much as I can, as I don't really like to review anything, but this is too much already, as this isn't the first time I've had to encounter this specifically at this outlet. I really hope this outlet can buck up and reassess all the workers.

They forgot about my order. After calling customer service, they promised 15-minute delivery, but the order still hadn't arrived. It finally came with all the food cold.
