Service: The cashiers seem impatient if customers are paying by PayNow or card. There used to be many young ladies working here, but now there are only a few seniors.
Atmosphere: Some staff members were shouting, and the dining area is very small. I did not want to eat there.

A very rude aunty told us to queue on the other side of the counter, stating they were two different counters. She could have said that politely instead of "Your eyes look there, you go there." People won't know your shop's arrangement if you don't explain. Such a nasty aunty doesn't deserve to be in the service line. I suggest Mr Bean seriously consider improving the quality of your recruitment process.

The staff is very slow in serving. The price is rather steep; this pancake costs $3.50, which is enough to buy a bowl of noodles . The main issue is why the egg is so terrifyingly black? I took a close look, and it is BLACK, not the usual charred brown on food. Even the brown side is black, LOL. Ridiculous.

I am writing to report a highly unprofessional interaction my partner experienced with one of your staff members, an aunty, today at around 9:45pm. My partner reported that this staff member miscalculated the change she was owed and then proceeded to display a rude and accusatory attitude, as if my partner was responsible for the error. Regardless of the situation, the level of unprofessionalism exhibited by your staff member is unacceptable. Additionally, the supporting staff member beside the aunty did nothing but observe the situation. Clearly, teamwork is absent, and they seem to rely on 'eye power' rather than assisting each other.

The chicken porridge was not salty but it was flavourful. I love that the porridge was served piping hot early in the morning. I also love the Tang Oh with soya bean milk. Highly recommended!

I didn't realise tonight was 'tang yuan eating night' - the staff were super busy serving lots of customers who were taking away, presumably to eat with their loved ones on this special night. Kudos to the staff who were so patient with me when I couldn't decide what to order; everything's delicious. Courteous, hardworking & cheerful staff! Amazing taste & service.
