Why were the instructions not followed? The instructions were simple, why couldn't they be seen and followed?

Perhaps unfortunately, what happened that night was just a one-off thing.
My family and I occupied a table near the stall. I ordered kuayteow goreng and clearly said 'makan' (eat). The guy just slightly nodded without even asking anything to reconfirm the order. He saw that my family were eating at the table, but he still packed my food. When I told him I asked for eat-in, he didn’t even bother to do anything.
Worst thing, at first he said $5. But after I said I’m paying by Fairprice App, he simply said it changed to $6! I was confused! Even the food didn’t taste good. Never eating there again!

Ordered Indian rojak delivery through WhyQ.
1. Missing item.
2. Portions are extremely small; you don't get a whole beancurd nor a whole fish cake. In fact, all the ingredients seem to be just parts of normal-sized pieces.
3. Requested extra onions and cucumber but received only 8 small slivers of each.
4. Taste-wise, it's not something I'd recommend to anyone. Very disappointing quality.

Used to be good. Then they added syrup into their rojak sauce. The taste and smell became hideous. I wasted half the plate, and it ended up in the dustbin.

If you're paying with the Fairprice app, you should by right enjoy a 10% discount at the kopitiam or canteen food court. However, this particular stall will impose additional miscellaneous charges, so that at the end, you still pay the regular price after the 10% discount. For example, if you order mee kuah at $5, they will charge an extra $0.50 ($5.50). After the 10% discount, it will be $4.95. The opposite stall selling Hokkien mee costs $5, but they still charged me $5 after the discount, which came to $4.50.
