First time ordering, we didn't realize we needed to pay on the app first. We sat for 30 minutes before realizing we hadn't processed the order with payment. The staff didn't bother to check why we were sitting there so long. We ordered a number of dishes. Two pieces of boneless chicken thighs with one side cost $16.90. The meat was pathetically small; one piece could be finished in one or two bites. The food was generally okay, just a bit charred, but the portion was small. The only 'plus' point is that the plate size fits the price.

I could definitely get more tender chicken at any typical hawker stall elsewhere. I also tried the new peri tomato egg ($4.50). While the egg was cooked perfectly, the tomato sauce it came with was too salty. Overall, it was an average meal at best.

The atmosphere is great, with good lighting and comfortable seats. However, the chicken meat was served in very small pieces, which was disappointing. The chicken itself tasted good with great flavour, but the portion size was a letdown. The price has also become more expensive. I hope they will make the meat portions bigger next time. Drinks are unlimited, and I noticed a few vegetarian options, which is good.

You can never go wrong with peri-peri chicken! I've been eating at Nando's for the last 3 years, specifically at Jurong Point. The prices are a bit crazy, but it's definitely worth an investment once in a while, especially the peri-peri chicken at extra hot! If the before and after pictures don't say it all, I don't know what can convince you.

Super tender chicken!! We've been to a couple of outlets, and this Jurong Point one is our favourite. Every time, the chicken is spot on! (We ordered lemon & herb). Service is great and polite; they checked on us to make sure we had drinks and utensils. The only downside is that it gets a little warm in the store, but it's something we're willing to overlook for the amazing chicken.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Nando's Jurong Point. The manager was exceptionally attentive and professional, ensuring everything ran smoothly. All the part-time staff working that day were equally impressive — very friendly, approachable, and always served with a smile. Their warm and welcoming attitude truly made the meal enjoyable. Great food, excellent service, and a team that genuinely cares about the customer experience. Highly recommended! So good that we had to give a literal thumbs up!!!!
