I am a frequent diner at Nando's, usually visiting twice a month. Restaurant visits are usually excellent and well-managed. Recently, I've been ordering deliveries, and out of three orders, one was not satisfactory. I asked for extra hot, and while the chicken was fresh, it was overcooked and dry, lacking sufficient marinated sauce during cooking. I'm sharing this feedback hoping they maintain their quality. It's possible the cook today (morning session) was inexperienced. I'm praying this is a one-off incident. The picture shows dry, slightly burnt chicken. Even the separate wing orders were consistently dry without the usual generous coating of their hot sauce.
