We arrived before 12 PM on a weekday. Upon reaching, the staff simply directed us to a table and asked us to scan the QR code to order. After ordering and making payment, we waited for nearly 20 minutes. We then realized our food and drinks were not ready yet, despite the place being relatively quiet. So, we asked the server about the remaining wait time. She just shrugged and said there was only one kitchen staff. Another male server explained there was a surge in orders and food would take some time. If we had been informed earlier before entering the restaurant, it would have been perfectly fine. In the end, only the fried rice arrived at 12:27 PM. We had to cancel the rest of our order and request a refund. Please go only if you have plenty of time to wait.

Went there for the food, but I guess it's better to just go for the coffee. The food is on the expensive side, especially considering Indonesian food shouldn't be that costly. Portion sizes are generous and the presentation is nice. As for the taste, it's hit or miss. Some dishes are good, but not great. The Soto Betawi is somewhat similar to the Jakarta style. The Chicken Satay had too much charring. The fried rice tasted weird and spicy, and the crackers weren't fresh. I'd advise against ordering the noodles; they might not be to everyone's taste. Customer service is good and fast. The tables are quite small. Honestly, I think the space was intentionally designed for a cafe rather than for dining in.

Best coffee in my opinion, with a rich, intense flavour. The hand brew was superb. Service was polite and attentive, with orders served to the table. The environment was clean and pleasant, though quite noisy due to its open concept.

Indonesian cuisine has always been interesting and heartwarming. I'd love to see more Indonesian food establishments like Tanamera open in Singapore. My first time trying Tanamera was an unforgettable experience. It was quite different from local Malay cuisine, even though it features similar dishes like nasi goreng and satay. The taste was indeed quite different. We really liked their Nasi Goreng, a huge plate for $20, served with an egg, a whole fried chicken thigh, and 2 pieces of chicken satay. The fried rice was excellent, full of wok hei. You can request it non-spicy if you can't handle chilli, but I opted for less spicy, and it tasted just right. The chicken thigh was also delicious – juicy, moist, tender, and fresh. The fried egg wasn't quite to my preference; I prefer fried eggs with crispy edges. The satay, with its unique peanut gravy sauce, was very flavourful and delicious too. Another interesting dish was their fried tofu tempeh. It was well-fried and very delicious. The tempeh wasn't too overpowering; eating it with the tofu offered a nice balance of flavours. The coffee was good, and the overall meal experience was great. The price is slightly high but acceptable. I highly recommend everyone to try it. Welcome to my food sharing Instagram: jkgourmets. 欢迎游览我的美食IG: jkgourmets

My go-to latte whenever I need my caffeine dose, especially in the morning. The bitterness is just right and not too overpowering, and it doesn't leave too strong an aftertaste either. Their baristas are skillful; I'm always amazed watching them brew the latte effortlessly. Asri and Yaya will always be my favourite baristas. The latte art is a definite plus point. Their cold-brew coffee is also worth a try for those who enjoy cold coffee. Keep calm and drink coffee ☕

Had lunch today, and it's our first time at Tanamera at Tanglin Mall. We had the Ayam Bumbu Rujak, Soto Betawi, Vanilla Latte, and Lychee Tea. Everything was great and well-seasoned, especially the Soto Betawi. The coffee blew me away, and I decided to get my hands on the Espresso and Breakfast blend coffee capsules, which are also reasonably priced. I also got some samples. The service crew (Asri & Ashraf) was welcoming, and the service was fast. The outlet is well-maintained, and we love the theme. Looking forward to our next meal here to try out the other dishes and sweet treats.

Decided to have an early dinner here and totally enjoyed the food and the service. Ordering was seamless, and the food arrived in a reasonable time. The Nasi Goreng Iga was good as always, with tender and flavourful meat. I asked for spicy, but the sambal wasn’t spicy at all. The Soto was good as well, with a flavourful broth.
