The staff spoke in a condescending manner and made unnecessary remarks. Additionally, the takeaway lid dropped onto the floor in front of me, and the staff member actually picked it up and covered my food bowl with it. It was only when I reacted that he removed it and replaced it with a new lid.
Furthermore, I ordered the Holy Guacamole, but the guacamole was pretty negligible. The staff also forgot to add the sauce (I didn't ask for it).

Horrible experience at Kebab Factory. I waited over 20 minutes for my takeaway order, despite only having one customer before me. People who arrived later than myself and the earlier customer had their orders fulfilled first. It seems like food orders were processed out of sequence!
To make matters worse, I had to throw away the food after witnessing them microwaving the refrigerated chicken for my Bollywood Bowl in a disposable container.
The shawarma wasn’t great either. Definitely not coming back again due to the service and food handling practices!

Second and last visit here. I had ordered hummus and corn chips, but the staff heard it as chips (like fries). He then told me he couldn't change it as it was already fried. On top of that, he didn't mention there was an additional surcharge for the fries. On my first visit, they ran out of chicken and only had tikka chicken. They also didn't mention that was an additional charge. Oh, and what some people mention about a lack of hygiene is true. They often touch food with bare hands, even after touching the cashiering machine. This place does not seem very hygienic nor honest.

The fries were freshly cooked and still crispy when they arrived at home, as I ordered takeout. The meat was tender, juicy, and full of flavour. Special shoutout to the mala fries—spicy, addictive, and absolutely awesome.
I also tried baklava for the first time. It was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I’m glad I got to experience it—it’s always fun to explore new flavours. Overall, I polished off everything. Will definitely be back to try more!

We recently visited in June 2024 and had a delightful dining experience. We ordered two wraps and a kids' meal. We tried the gyro wrap and lamb wrap, both of which were good. The wraps had tender meat and complemented perfectly with vegetables and tasty sauces. The serving size was generous; each wrap was hearty and filled us up nicely. The kids' meal was also ample, providing a good portion size for a child and was a hit with our little one. It was well-portioned and came with a nice variety of items that were both tasty and kid-friendly. It's always a plus when a restaurant takes the time to cater to younger diners with the same care and quality as they do for adults.
