Ordered for a team lunch. The food arrived at 12:30 PM, despite the chosen delivery slot of 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM. If you can’t commit to the timing, why offer it? Of course, they blamed the delivery person. As if that wasn’t bad enough, when the order finally arrived, two sets were missing. Conversations with the manager weren’t fruitful or appeasing. She was dismissive and wasn’t the slightest bit bothered about customer service, simply insisting they did their best. The food that did arrive was mediocre, and that’s a generous compliment. Never again.

She was warm and polite to every customer and delivery person who entered. Food-wise, there were decent ratios of meat:rice:veg:cheese in the burrito. That's something you don't get at certain large chain kebab shops! Will definitely come back again if I'm around this area for lunch.

If the owner can see this comment, perhaps you could assess if you can allocate one more staff during peak hours to shorten the waiting time. The staff are working hard to prepare food orders, but one person handling everything has its capacity limits.

The chef is really friendly and wholesome, and asked about our experience, which really shows she wants to improve on the food! The atmosphere is extremely pleasing to the eye, with fresh designs all around and nostalgic pop music of this era. I was really pleased and enjoyed myself here!
