I used to be a fan of Kebab Factory. However, I am very disappointed with the portion of meat given nowadays. Paying $12.30 for such a portion is definitely not worth it. Every mouthful is full of vegetables. You can see from the pic that the portion of the meat is so pathetic. With this price, I can get a better wrap elsewhere!

1. Contents: The flavouring could use some work. 2. Bun: This is the most important thing for me, but it's not the real döner bun :( 3. The fries have probably been refried a hundred times :( Hope you can look into this, as I would love to satisfy my döner cravings here in SG. Thank you ❤️ P.S.: The wrapper for the kebab doubles as a takeaway bag! Which is absolutely genius! Shoutout to the owner for this initiative, so thoughtful.

The loaded fries had very little meat and were not worth the price. I saw a cockroach running around near the food and counter area. The churro was small, about half the size of churros elsewhere, and only came with two pieces.

Nice doner kebab, the best I've had so far in Singapore. I got the chicken doner combo with hummus and pita as my side. The meat tasted good and was quite tender, with a generous amount of chicken. The bread (the same for the pita) was a bit dry, but it's not a major issue. The spicy sauce they offer does have a bit of a kick, which I didn't expect but was pleasantly surprised by. The hummus and pita portioning was strange; there was a good amount of hummus with only two small pieces of pita, which I found a bit odd. If you're getting a combo, I'd imagine the fries would be more worthwhile. The tables and floor weren't super clean when I visited, but I'd recommend getting your food to go and eating it on the rooftop anyway (go to lift lobby b and head to the top floor). Overall, I was pretty happy with my meal.

Tried the lamb doner kebab – warm, crispy bread with a generous portion of flavorful lamb. It was delicious and satisfying. Definitely a great spot for a quick bite when those kebab cravings hit. I'll be back!

Tasty, tasty, tasty! My friends from the EU said it was not bad. I also had to give this place a thumbs up. The workers seemed a bit disoriented, but they are most definitely not young adults, so give them time. To have good food, you must have patience. I am definitely coming back again to try out their other offerings. Recommended to try it out.

Great for a quick bite and, who would have thought, there are vegetarian options too! The pulled jackfruit is really good and can be combined with a healthy grain bowl. There's also a kids' menu. It's a small place, but offers good options for everyone. The staff are very friendly, happy to chat, and always greet you with a big smile.

Awesome doners, burritos, and fries… everything is just so fresh and fantastic! Generous portions; I had trouble finishing my burrito because it's gigantic . Very friendly and kind counter crew . Will come back again.
