I think the only nice things here are the salsa and the chicken (though for some reason it tasted like char siew flavour rather than kebab chicken). I ordered the salad bowl and was very disappointed. It claims to be the best kebabs in town, but this is by far the worst I've had.
The fresh vegetables seemed to have been left out for too long. The broccoli had a very weird sour smell, like a damp rag, and the edamame was yellow and sour. The tomatoes also smelled off. Only the lettuce was okay. I would recommend the management implement better hygiene practices and discard the vegetables even if they haven't sold. The couscous was really dried out and hard, and the guac was slimy and off-colour. Overall, a disappointing experience.
The only saving grace is that the serving staff were very friendly and helpful, but the food quality really needs to improve. The prices aren't the cheapest around either, so I was expecting better quality than this.

On top of that, my order was only prepped once I arrived to pick it up. They never bother to prepare it beforehand; they only start when I ask for my order. I waited 20 minutes for them to prepare it. I was hungry, and when I tasted my food, I had to spit it out and throw it away since it was completely spoiled. This store should be shut down. I'll be making a report now.

It’s just a kiosk outside West Mall, beside Subway. I decided to try this as it’s something new to me, other than the usual fast food. They were having a $9.90 promotion set. I ordered the chicken wrap, which was filled with veggies and a scoop of grilled chicken. The food was well-seasoned and the fries were still warm. It was a bit on the salty side for me, so luckily I had a drink. Service was fast, and the staff were patient and friendly enough, despite the hot working environment and noisy atmosphere due to ongoing construction. I received my order in less than 10 minutes, including order and prep time. The food was made to order. I wouldn’t mind eating this again next time if I want a quick takeaway meal.

No choice but to downgrade this review due to inconsistent service, which doesn't inspire customer confidence to return. It just makes one feel lousy about buying from there. Furthermore, there’s no company contact or telephone number on their website, the contact form is blank, the microsite is down, and social media receives no response. It's quite impossible to provide feedback, so I've given up trying. I don't think I will buy from here anymore.

After waiting some more, we realised they hadn't even started preparing our order. We waited a total of 40 minutes, wasted time, and paid extra for parking. I hope the management will look into hiring more staff if the current team is overwhelmed with orders.

The food is consistently good quality, with crispy nachos, fresh salsa/guacamole/hummus, and mains that taste very clean. Options are many but clearly displayed. I always do takeaways, but there are a few high chairs and tables available.
