The staff spoke in a condescending manner and made unnecessary remarks. Additionally, the takeaway lid dropped onto the floor in front of me, and the staff member actually picked it up and covered my food bowl with it. It was only when I reacted that he removed it and replaced it with a new lid.
Furthermore, I ordered the Holy Guacamole, but the guacamole was pretty negligible. The staff also forgot to add the sauce (I didn't ask for it).

Ordered for a team lunch. The food arrived at 12:30 PM, despite the chosen delivery slot of 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM. If you can’t commit to the timing, why offer it? Of course, they blamed the delivery person. As if that wasn’t bad enough, when the order finally arrived, two sets were missing. Conversations with the manager weren’t fruitful or appeasing. She was dismissive and wasn’t the slightest bit bothered about customer service, simply insisting they did their best. The food that did arrive was mediocre, and that’s a generous compliment. Never again.

Horrible experience at Kebab Factory. I waited over 20 minutes for my takeaway order, despite only having one customer before me. People who arrived later than myself and the earlier customer had their orders fulfilled first. It seems like food orders were processed out of sequence!
To make matters worse, I had to throw away the food after witnessing them microwaving the refrigerated chicken for my Bollywood Bowl in a disposable container.
The shawarma wasn’t great either. Definitely not coming back again due to the service and food handling practices!

The fries were freshly cooked and still crispy when they arrived at home, as I ordered takeout. The meat was tender, juicy, and full of flavour. Special shoutout to the mala fries—spicy, addictive, and absolutely awesome.
I also tried baklava for the first time. It was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I’m glad I got to experience it—it’s always fun to explore new flavours. Overall, I polished off everything. Will definitely be back to try more!

I've been craving chicken shawarma and ordered the chicken gyro, which was so worth it! The packaging was neat, and the portion was generous. The chicken was juicy and flavorful, with the crunch of fresh onions that made every bite perfect. I also tried the Vegan Faktory spicy sauce, and it added the right kick 🌶️. I even recommended it to my office mates, and they were really happy with it too. Great food, great service, highly recommended!

Nice doner kebab, the best I've had so far in Singapore. I got the chicken doner combo with hummus and pita as my side. The meat tasted good and was quite tender, with a generous amount of chicken. The bread (the same for the pita) was a bit dry, but it's not a major issue. The spicy sauce they offer does have a bit of a kick, which I didn't expect but was pleasantly surprised by. The hummus and pita portioning was strange; there was a good amount of hummus with only two small pieces of pita, which I found a bit odd. If you're getting a combo, I'd imagine the fries would be more worthwhile. The tables and floor weren't super clean when I visited, but I'd recommend getting your food to go and eating it on the rooftop anyway (go to lift lobby b and head to the top floor). Overall, I was pretty happy with my meal.
