The food and service are sometimes disappointing. I order in advance through their website, but they don't seem to prepare my food until I arrive. The baklava, despite being sold at 2 for $5.90, is incredibly small, oily, and sugary (I could have spent that $5.90 on two plates of chicken rice). However, the salads are nice and the portion size is worth it.

Zero stars for customer service. I recently visited Kebab's Factory at Sengkang Grand Mall and had a disappointing experience with the customer service. The staff member who took my order seemed rude and unfriendly. When I ordered the signature bowl, she asked me to specify the options in an abrupt tone. I felt a more polite approach would have been to explain the available options. Additionally, when I asked for clarification on the price, there seemed to be a lack of clarity. The staff member also didn't include the bill in the takeaway cover. Fortunately, another staff member intervened and assisted me in a kind and helpful manner. However, the initial staff member, an elderly woman, was extremely rude, warranting a zero-star review. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to improve customer service.

Very poor customer service. One time I came and the staff was eating her meal in the service area with her back turned towards us. I was told by the elder woman to come back after 20 minutes. She seemed very annoyed when I returned after 20 minutes as instructed and was very rude.
I decided to give this place another chance as the food was not bad and the vegetarian options are unique. However, my experience was even more disappointing. I stood in front of the cashier for over 5 minutes while the elder woman and a young man were preparing food. She was busy walking around and packed other customers’ food and delivery orders right in front of me, ignoring me and avoiding my eyes the whole time. After waiting for more than 5 minutes, I asked if she could take my order. She said in a very rude and annoyed tone, ‘I will ask you to come up and order.’ I replied, ‘So you just want me to stand here and wait for you to finish all your orders?’ To which she said yes. The young man, to his credit, offered to take my order, but I thought her service was ridiculous. I would be okay with waiting if the food is good, but her service was abysmal, and I decided not to order from here anymore. They were trying to ignore me the whole time while I waited. For a kiosk food stall, perhaps due to their incompetence, the service was too slow. Additionally, for all three times that I have ordered, I have not been given a receipt.
It seems like other people have also had bad experiences with her service, but it has not improved at all. I hope management can help improve her attitude because you will be losing a lot of customers due to her.

Ash has impressed us with her great service at this outlet! She was patient and helpful in explaining the different food options available. We had a daily bowl; their portion is well worth the money, and I would really recommend their garlic mayo sauce! Do give them a try! Sadly, this place now prioritizes mobile orders over customers who queue. I was kept waiting for 15 minutes and spoken down to rudely by a staff member before I could order, "We are busy, wait." An unpleasant experience.
