I was in the queue and overheard a customer asking a male staff member about the coffee, but the staff member answered very bluntly. Then, this staff member went to share what the customer had asked with another female staff member, and both laughed loudly behind that customer. So rude! It's surprising that Tanamerah is such a good brand but has these two staff members with very poor customer service skills.

It's okay. I unfortunately don't find them to be any different from other coffee places around the area. It is a good coffee place, yes, but not memorable compared to a Dimbula, a Starbucks, or another cafe. If I need coffee, I'll come here only if I'm in the area. If I am working around here and am particular about my coffee, I may actually walk to my favourite option if they're 1-2 buildings away.
