Ordered a 3-piece chicken a la carte, but couldn't choose chicken thighs for all pieces. Only one out of three could be chicken thighs, which is ridiculous since I bought it a la carte. The service from the receptionist lady was quite bad. I waited 30 minutes for the chicken. Then, the plastic bag handle given to me was stained with sauce. I asked her to change it for me, and she did, but the new one was also stained in the same place. I asked her to change it again, but she refused and just wiped it with a cloth, yet there was still a sauce stain. Then she gave some lame excuse.

Nene Chicken is a fast food chain from Korea. We ordered the cheese pull chicken hot plate. It took a while for the food to be prepared as they had a lot of delivery orders. The food looked and smelled good. However, everything tasted very salty, even the chapchae. And the portion of the chapchae was very small.

Bad experience with this Nene Chicken store. The burger was really not nice. The tteokbokki was too sweet and salty. Perhaps I had ordered the wrong dishes. When ordering, the waitress was quite rude. I think she may not have had enough training to serve customers.

The Korean fire ramen was just Samyang with hotdog, tiny bits of carrot, and one piece of mushroom. I didn't realize it was just that for $8.90. Perhaps you could come up with an original recipe.

Please advise and train your staff Devi not to put words into my wife's and my mouth. We CLEARLY ordered 6 pieces of wings and did not mention tenders at all. When she mistakenly took our order incorrectly, she had the audacity to raise her voice and tell us that WE ordered tenders instead. This has to stop, as there are no winners when you can't admit your own mistake and the best thing to do is raise your voice at your customers? Atrocious.
