The Korean fire ramen was just Samyang with hotdog, tiny bits of carrot, and one piece of mushroom. I didn't realize it was just that for $8.90. Perhaps you could come up with an original recipe.

Please advise and train your staff Devi not to put words into my wife's and my mouth. We CLEARLY ordered 6 pieces of wings and did not mention tenders at all. When she mistakenly took our order incorrectly, she had the audacity to raise her voice and tell us that WE ordered tenders instead. This has to stop, as there are no winners when you can't admit your own mistake and the best thing to do is raise your voice at your customers? Atrocious.

The food tasted average, but they did not provide the appropriate condiments. We ordered both of the k-feasts (a platter of chicken, cheese and fries, and a big bowl of noodles) costing over 70 dollars in total. Customer service was very unsatisfactory. We asked about the food as it was our first time, but they didn't describe their dishes and seemed very uninterested. After we had taken our seats and received our platter, a man came to serve us the big bowl. Seeing that our table was full of drinks and the platter, he did not offer to help and instead told us to make room. We had to ask him to bring the table next to us and join it with ours. The place was empty, and now we know why.

Look at this filth, cold and disgusting. My puke tastes better than this swill. The moment I bought it, flies already started surrounding it. Do yourselves a favor; you're better off spending your money elsewhere. All this for 30 dollars, what the heck?

Had a late dinner with my husband. The staff was helpful with our order, as it was our first visit. We arrived around 8:30 PM. There was another couple dining. When the chicken was served, it wasn't hot at all and the meat was slightly dry. We ordered curly fries, which were at least hot. We didn't want to give feedback as we might not want to return. After all, there are many other food options to try in BPP.

Service was pretty slow; we waited almost 30 minutes for our food. Thankfully, the food served was hot. The glass noodles were good, and my family liked them too! We ordered 20 pieces of tender, and they gave us more than 20.

Set B with an upsized drink. Sauces have different flavours to choose from. Mine was coated with spicy sauce, but it wasn't spicy enough for me. There are not many people every time, so you can relax. Every few months, there's a new menu. Drinks are not refillable. Disposable plastic gloves are provided for eating the chicken meat.

Pleasantly surprised at how good their chicken is! I hope this K-chicken chain gets more recognition. I would rank this among my top favourite K-chicken chains. The chicken received was hot, and thanks for being so generous with the sauce, I appreciate that so much! The chicken was so juicy and not dry at all; I also love how fresh the meat was. Will definitely return to visit and try the other dishes.

The food is really good. My nephew said it was his first time eating chicken, leaving the bones without any trace of meat! The staff are very friendly and accommodating as well.
