No. 1 Adam's Nasi Lemak offers options like the Standard (Egg), Fish Set, Chicken Set, Sutra Set (with Otah), and Adam's Special (with Rendang), ensuring a tasty meal.
Long q because the service is slow very slow.

Long queue because the service is very slow. The only thing that stands out is the fried chicken wing. Unable to add on other ingredients unless you opt for the $10 set, which consists of wings, fish, and otah. Overall, it's edible but I wouldn't queue again.

The food used to be very good, but the standard has dropped quite a bit and the portions are small. I only queue if the shop beside is closed. It's definitely not worth the queue as they are extremely slow and not worth the waiting time.

Imagine this: You ask for two dishes, and the seller happily agrees—only to later reveal it’s "sets only." *Shocking*, right? But wait! The real magic happens when they suggest you just *add more items* to hit their arbitrary minimum. Genius! Why be upfront when you can spring pricing surprises on customers instead?
Honestly, if I wanted a guessing game, I’d play Sudoku. Next time, maybe just say *from the start* that you don’t sell individual items. Or don’t—mystery is fun! Here’s hoping your stall lasts longer than my patience did.
Wonder why there's always a long queue. The food isn't that nice either; the stall next door is better.
**Pro tip:** If you enjoy frustration, this is the place for you!

Seriously, I don't know how they claim to be No. 1 Nasi Lemak. I used to eat at this stall many years ago, and now the standard has dropped a lot.
I planned to eat at the stall next to it, but the queue was long, so I decided to stick with this stall.
I ordered a chicken set and needed to pay $3 to add a chicken wing. When I tried to clarify if it was $3, the stall owner claimed the chicken wing was huge.
Overall, the Nasi Lemak is just so-so. The chilli is good (can't fail, right?), and the rice portion is small.
I'm unlikely to eat here again, but I'll certainly try the place next door.

First time trying Adam Nasi Lemak. The queue was shorter, so we decided to give it a go.
Visually, it looks good! But upon tasting it, I immediately regretted it. I should have queued for the longer line beside its stall.
The rice portion is small, smaller than its neighbour's. However, it's still acceptable to eat.
The chicken wing was not fully cooked, with some red visible near the bone. The chicken marination was uneven and lacked flavour.
The fried egg texture was weird, rubbery?
The best parts were the sambal, cucumber, peanuts, and ikan bilis!
Bonus! We got to eat a slice of fried fish fillet.

The chicken wings were tasty and the fragrance of the rice was very good. The chili sauce is a must-have! It's the soul of the whole Nasi Lemak. The egg omelette was quite thick but tasted normal. Ordered extra chicken wings! 😋. However, the aunty was very slow with service. Couldn't tahan anymore, I was very hungry. 😩

Honestly, I feel that this store deserves more traction. I have tried all the other nasi lemaks at this hawker centre, but found this one to be the standout. The fried chicken was flavourful and hot, the rice was fragrant, and the sambal was a bit too sweet for my liking. I ordered the chicken set for 5 dollars. I would totally buy again.

The queue was short, but it moved a lot slower than the shop beside. Food-wise, I thought it was just average. We couldn't add extra chicken wings because they were running out (I think the operations aren't that good here).

If you're craving a good plate of nasi lemak with fried chicken, this is the place to go. The rice is fragrant, the sambal is sweet, spicy & flavourful, and the chicken is fresh, hot & juicy. The plate of nasi lemak also comes with the usual condiments: two slices of cucumber, ikan bilis, peanuts, and an egg omelette.
I understand why the place only has 3 stars – probably due to the long queue, slow service, or a grumpy makcik, but that's what you can expect during the busy lunch hour. I was lucky as I was second in line and managed to find a parking spot. Just order your nasi lemak with a smile and enjoy the food.
Overall, there's no denying that it is one of the best places to eat nasi lemak in Singapore.

Tried this stall because Selera Rasa was closed. The sambal has just the right kick, and the rice is fragrant and fluffy. The fried chicken is crispy and perfectly seasoned. Overall, not too bad for a $6 plate of nasi lemak. It was a bit hot at the food centre during lunchtime, and parking was a bit tough to get, so I suggest parking at the nearby roadside parking.
