A decent crispy Nasi Ayam stall located in the Army market food court. An affordable option for lunch in the area. Service was super friendly. However, I wished the rice and chicken had more flavour. They were pretty bland, and the chilli didn't help much. I'll try other things on the menu next time though.

Nothing to shout about; the chicken and the chilli were so-so only, but the chicken rice was fragrant. It felt like a waste of my time going there. My place in Toa Payoh is much better.

The stall owner was well-prepared to serve even in the early morning. This was my first time trying their fried penyet chicken rice, opting for a quarter portion of chicken thighs. The serving size was quite generous for the fair price of $5.50. The owner was polite and served with a great smile. As for the fried penyet chicken, I personally found it had good crispy skin and tender meat. Unfortunately, the taste was slightly less flavourful than it looked. After taking it away, the rice became quite oily and greasy, and the chilli wasn't fantastic enough to enhance the overall taste. It's definitely not the best, nor a must-eat dish. However, with good service attitude and reasonable pricing, it deserves support. Welcome to my food sharing Instagram: jkgourmets. 欢迎游览我的美食IG: jkgourmets

There are a few choices of Ayam Penyet. I chose the leg part. The whole chicken leg was smashed/flattened (that's what 'penyet' means), but it was further chopped into small strips. The chopping seemed a bit unnecessary as there were broken bone bits when I was trying to eat the chicken. Taste-wise, it's acceptable. I think the chicken would taste better if it were warmer. Perhaps they should use a heating device or flash-fry the chicken before serving. I also think the chili could be better.

Edit: 14/1/2024 @ 1pm. Came all this way, only to find they're closed! I don't usually eat rice, but whenever I come here, I can't help but order their nasi goreng kampong. The nasi goreng kampong is the bomb. I added chicken. The chicken, from 25 years ago until now, the taste remains the same. It's the best of its kind. However, last time it only cost $8. Probably because it was CNY day 2, or they've permanently increased the price to $10. Quite expensive for a hawker centre price.

Still my favourite chicken rice stall. I always order the Nasi Ayam Goreng sambal when I come here. I've also tried their Kway Teow Ayam Goreng, and it's very delicious too. Great service as well.

My favorite Chicken Rice Stall, "Nurhidayah Food Corner" at B1-10, Golden Mile Food Centre. For $5/- per packet, this Chicken Rice is worth buying. It's delicious with lots of fried chicken meat. Try it! You may pay by CDC Vouchers.

It's so sedap! The chicken doesn't have that smell you sometimes get from other chicken rice stalls. The wanton noodle is also good! You all should definitely try it. The workers are warm and welcoming.

The Nasi Goreng Ayam was sedap; the fried rice was fragrant and the chicken was good. Business is good compared to other stalls. Recommended.
