Ashes Burnnit has revolutionized Singapore's halal burger scene by delivering gourmet-quality burgers at affordable hawker prices, rapidly expanding from a single stall to eight strategic locations across the island. This Muslim-owned establishment has earned recognition for making premium burger experiences accessible to the masses, with their signature charcoal buns and innovative fusion of local and Western flavors that set them apart in Singapore's competitive burger market.

The restaurant's flagship creation, the Best of Both Worlds Burger, perfectly exemplifies their fusion philosophy by combining handcrafted beef patty with smoked turkey bacon, parmesan mozzarella cheese, and their famous mac & cheese, all nestled in a distinctive charcoal bun for just S. Their commitment to quality extends across their focused menu, with options like the Truffle Mushroom Burger and standalone mac & cheese dishes starting from S.90, proving that gourmet doesn't have to mean expensive.

With locations spanning from Golden Mile Food Centre to Bedok, Alexandra Village, Ang Mo Kio, Tampines, Woodlands, and Teck Whye, Ashes Burnnit has successfully brought restaurant-quality burgers to heartland communities. Their strong social media presence and loyal following demonstrate how innovative Muslim entrepreneurs can create successful food businesses that bridge cultural tastes while maintaining halal standards, making Ashes Burnnit a standout example of Singapore's evolving halal dining landscape.

Ordered 4 burgers. The truffle mushroom , the original with double patties, pulled brisket , grilled

Ordered 4 burgers: the truffle mushroom, the original with double patties, pulled brisket, and the grilled chicken burger. I had the truffle mushroom and found the patty not thick enough. More importantly, the truffle mushroom with sauce was too salty. The charcoal bun was soft, though. And the fries were soft inside and crispy on the outside. Price-wise, it's okay... but they should really fix the saltiness of the truffle mushroom burger.

I know they are famous for their burgers, but with a $10 budget, I went with their Mushroom Mac and Cheese. The flavour was a bit too strong for my liking. However, for the price ($7.50) and the portion, it was definitely filling. (P.S. Be ready to drop more than $10 for their burgers; they're expensive.)

Ordered some fries while waiting for friends to arrive. They were served fairly quickly by a friendly group of young staff. While the fries were a bit soggy and drenched in sauce, the flavor was still enjoyable. Most importantly, the place is halal!

Not bad western stuff at a hawker centre. They are very happy people and it shows in their foods.

Not bad Western food at a hawker centre. The people are very happy, and it shows in their food. More than happy to patronise again. Everyone should!

Finally managed a review! We've kept forgetting to post the photos in the past. Was looking for something different and saw the menu, so we decided to go ahead. Let's dive in! Food: Yummy! It's on par with some restaurants and a definite 5-star. Those who are hungrier and can eat more should go for the double patty. Service: Staff were very patient as we were fumbling a bit with the phone payment. The staff were all smiles, which is a good sign of great food. Atmosphere: Located right under the army market, with a mosque beside and hotels opposite. The whole place is constantly flooded with customers, especially during lunch and evening. If you are nearby, get your burger fix here. Cheers!

I recently dined at this burger stall for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed! The burger had an incredibly soft texture, and the patty was superb. I tried the truffle shroom burger, and it absolutely melted in my mouth. It was such a fantastic experience to enjoy a burger of this quality. I don't usually order burgers when I'm out, but this stall has truly set a new standard. Great job, team!

Finally tried their original outlet and the food is pretty tasty for a hawker western stall. The pulled beef burger had good marinade and the buns were quite soft. The chicken chop was also well grilled. We had to wait 15-20 minutes, but it was fine. Plenty of fries were given. The meal for two cost just over $20, which is not bad at all.
