Northpoint Yishun. Very disappointed with the staff on Friday, 17/5. I purchased 3 slices of pizza for $13.90 but did not receive a receipt as proof. I was unable to earn points due to the company and staff. Very poor service. I also provided feedback on IG and SMS but received no reply back. MIA.

The customer felt invisible. A Malay staff member spoke as if there was no customer and no need to serve. The service was terribly bad.

I bought 12 pieces of spicy chicken wings from a male staff member, but only received 10 pieces when I got home. Another staff member, an Indian lady, compensated me for the missing 2 pieces when I repurchased at the store the next day. Today, 24/05/2023, around 8:30 PM, I bought 6 pieces of spicy chicken wings from the same male staff again and only received 5 pieces. This is terrible! The staff should inform customers when there aren't enough wings, instead of arbitrarily reducing the quantity without telling us. I paid for 6 pieces, not 5. This has happened before.

Didn't receive the sauce despite it being clearly shown in the picture. Will have to check next time! Also, the standard for the Hawaiian pizza isn't stable. It tastes different when bought on different days.

Hi, I had a bad experience! The spicy BBQ drumlets looked unappetizing and were very cold. The honey-glazed wings were served hot but also looked unappetizing. Both items were not grilled enough. Please train your staff on grilling methods. Thanks!

Good and speedy service. I always request the pizza to be heated up! Tried the newly launched salted egg pizza and it's delicious! The salted egg smell is strong though : )

Pezzo serves delicious pizza, and it's quite affordable considering the size of one slice. The pizza has a good thickness and the crust is crispy as well. My usual choice of pizza is the Cheesy Cheese pizza; its savoriness is not overdone, so one won't be too overwhelmed after consuming a slice. Furthermore, there's also a set meal with a drink which is quite cheap. Sadly, Pezzo outlets have no seats, so it's takeaway only.

5/8/25 - Had a pleasant experience at Pezzo Northpoint with Aunty Mok. She is so cheerful and her service is excellent. I always look forward to being served by her as it always makes my day special.
