Normally, when I order the beef lasagne from other outlets like Tampines and Pasir Ris, I get a lot of sauce with the dish. However, when I ordered from Bedok Mall's Pezzo a day ago, the lasagne was sauceless. I took the whole thing out of the foil and there was no sauce at all. The chunks of beef were also mostly tendons, tasting like pasty fats. I called them a few times on their listed phone number but received no response. Disappointing.

My personal opinion is that Pezzo pizza has one of the better pizza doughs amongst all pizza fast food chains. Their pizza dough is soft and fragrant.
I particularly like their Truffle Mushroom pizza; it's really delicious.
Their Hawaiian pizza is average...

Deserves no stars. The staff working on the night shift on July 3rd were very rude. They kept chit-chatting without caring about a customer who was waiting. I was the one who had to say hello to them to get their attention. They had unfriendly faces. When done with the payment, they never said thank you and just left. This will be my last time coming to this outlet, even though I like your pizza.

Just dabao-ed some pizza and a lasagna home to try. The pizza looked good but was totally cold and lacked flavour. It was only edible. The lasagna was BAD. Totally cold and literally hard as rock. Salt was the only flavour, and the most horrifying part was chunks of chewy beef tendon that you could choke on. We had no choice but to throw it away.

One staff member was on cashier duty at the Tampines One outlet between 19:45-19:55. Instead of taking orders, he seemed to be playing games on the cashier machine for a long time, ignoring customers. I don't understand why. Pezzo, which serves nice pizzas, should address these staff members who consistently tarnish the company's reputation. I look forward to better service, if not for me, then at least for others. The service was zero. He really behaved as if I owed him a meal. I ended up not buying anything.

I've been visiting Pezzo at Bedok Mall for years, and Shawn (hoping I've spelt his name right; he has worked there for over 3 years!) has always been very consistent with his service and reassurance whenever he reheats the food. However, on Pezzo's part, it would be wise of you to upgrade your menu and marketing, as I don't find the pizzas as enticing as when they first arrived at Bedok Mall. The taste has remained consistent - great! - but the menu hasn't really appealed to me for a long time.
