Customer service can be improved. I said hello, but both staff members (male and female) did not respond. I waited, and as both were busy with their work, I went to the other side to get their attention. The female staff member told me bluntly to order from the other side. So unfriendly! The chicken drumlets I ordered were good, but I will not buy again if I see the same staff.

I waited for over 42 minutes for my pizza and drumlets. The staff initially told me the drumlets would take a while. After 30 minutes, my pizza order was apparently gone, and I had to wait for a new batch to be ready when my drumlets were finally prepared. The service was horrible. I saw the pizza flavors were available when I ordered, but it seems the staff didn't pack my order correctly. There were no apologies. When the pizza was finally ready, the staff didn't pack it until I asked. They conveniently left my order aside and gave the pizza to later customers, even though they knew I had been waiting.

Two extra-large pizzas for $33, good for 2-3 people. We waited 10 minutes after placing the order. The staff was polite and provided cheese and chili powder. Although the pizzas were freshly made/baked, they were already cold by the time we dabao-ed them home. I'm wondering if I should bring a warm bag like food riders next time. Taste-wise, the pizza didn't have a cheese-stretching effect, lacking cheese. I've read some reviews indicating this issue as well. Hope Pezzo can improve in this area.

2. For hospitality, I admit it's very warm. They can speak Malay too. Bisa pula cakap bahasa Melayu. The seller is wearing a hijab and is Muslim too. As an Indonesian, I admit, it's very helpful, surely.
3. 100% Halal, so recommended for Indonesian tourists to try it as a culinary destination.
