Ordered food through Foodpanda. I only ordered two items: a chicken lasagna and three slices of pizza. When my order arrived, the chicken lasagna was missing! I reached out to Foodpanda about this, and they have yet to provide a refund for the missing item. I'm so disappointed with the service. To top it off, the pizza was cold and unappetizing. I will never order from this place again.

The staff took my cash and didn't bother giving me back my change until I mentioned it. How could they forget? I gave $20 for a $13.90 order. Basic math would tell you there should be change. What the heck? Then, after finally counting the change, they dropped it when passing it back to me. The money just got stepped on by a bunch of people. Please train your staff properly.
Update: I ordered 4 wings and paid for 4 wings, but only received 2.

Don't bother. I ordered on Grab, and after an hour, my order was still in the kitchen, even past closing time. I never received it. What a waste of my time. They had the nerve to ask if I could change something on my order, and I agreed. In the end, I had to cancel because I found delaying the order until after the shop closed to be a dick move by the staff. Don't support this kind of unethical business practice. I will never support this business again.
