Today I came to buy pizza but was served by an Indian guy who was quite unfriendly and seemed unhappy when talking to us, with a very impatient attitude.

Ordered at 6pm, but by 9pm, there was still no pickup. I had to go down myself to collect the order, which was an inconvenience. When I arrived, the two ladies were chatting. I tried calling them on the phone, but they never answered and kept hanging up. When I asked one of the ladies, she blamed Grab for not assigning a rider. This is ridiculous because the app indicated a kitchen delay. When I asked if my food had been sitting at the counter for over two hours, she pretended not to hear me, despite my voice being clear. She was giving me attitude. I repeated my question, and she finally said yes. She didn't even try to improve the situation by offering to reheat the food; I had to ask her for it. She then did it with an attitude and showed me a bad face. I was already inconvenienced by waiting and having to go down physically. On top of that, the staff had a bad attitude and didn't offer a single apology. This is ridiculous.

I have been a Pezzo customer for a few years. However, yesterday's visit to purchase Pezzo at Waterway Point was disappointing. My typical orders at Pezzo are usually the Double Blessings set. In the past, I was allowed to switch my Popcorn Chicken side to something else as I am a vegetarian. But yesterday, I was informed by the staff that it is no longer allowed, even for vegetarians, according to new management rules. I hope this feedback will assist in reconsidering those options, especially for vegetarian customers. Unfortunately, due to this, I can no longer order my usual Double Blessings set and will need to seek alternative options elsewhere. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Take care.

It's 11:20 AM on a Saturday morning, and nothing has been served yet. The male staff member serving was very rude, brushing customers away with a hand gesture and busy with his phone.

This used to be our family's favourite pizza place and a must-buy for Christmas parties, but the standards and service have dropped recently. The pizzas were not warm and had to be reheated at home. Many of the pizzas were unavailable as the staff couldn't make them fast enough.

In terms of pepperoni slices to pizza ratio, this is the best you'll find on the whole island of Singapore. Can I have some pizza with that pepperoni, please! Delicious flavours at a delicious price.
