Your two staff members were acting busy, taking a long time to serve customers and totally ignored me while attending to other customers who arrived later. They were not apologetic at all. Shame on you, Polar, for such service. You should send your staff for proper service training. Shame on you. SHAME ON YOU.

Good puff and quality cakes; I would give them 5 stars for that. However, the staff service I received yesterday was really bad. Right after I bought a cake, I realized I had gotten the wrong flavour and requested to change it on the spot. The staff simply refused to change it, citing that it was troublesome. It was 11 am in the morning, and there weren't any other customers around. They definitely had the time to do a quick change, but they just refused to do it despite several requests.

Just went to collect the cake I ordered. The young lady pushed the cake to me without any words and asked, "So how many candles do you want!?" When I ordered the cake a few days before, I asked and confirmed they would provide the "Happy Mother's Day" plastic standee. When I collected the cake today and asked where it was, they said, "Nah... we'll give you the Happy Birthday one. We don't have the Mother's Day one." Whaaaaat. The. Heck.
