Rating solely on the product… Seriously 1/5. I always ordered at Hillion Mall last time when I lived there, and I tell you, the brown sugar pearl fresh milk was to die for. So, after a rainy day, I stopped by to try it again, and it was so bad… For $3.90 regular size, the pearls were so few and, more importantly, not even bouncy and fresh. They felt weird and sad. The milk was still the same delicious! And so much ice...

Small portions. I ordered the katsu curry rice takeaway, and they put all the ingredients in the same bowl. The chicken ended up soggy, and they were so stingy with the curry that over half of the rice didn’t have any. They should have served it in a separate container with reasonable portions. For the high price, it’s not worth the money. If you look at the chicken, you will also see that it’s dark and has a slightly burnt taste.

Feedback on Disappointing Experience with 'Double Up' Order
This was my first time patronizing your shop, and unfortunately, it left me extremely disappointed. I ordered the “Double Up” set, priced at $19.90, based on the appealing description in your menu. However, the actual portion served was shockingly small and did not reflect what was advertised.
To put it into perspective, for just about $2 more, I could have ordered a separate chicken chop set and a grilled fish set, both of which would have offered significantly more food. I genuinely felt shortchanged by this experience.
I also want to highlight that when I placed my order, I had several doubts and asked the staff for clarification. Unfortunately, the staff member was not professional or helpful in addressing my concerns. There was no proper guidance provided regarding the actual portion size of the "Double Up" compared to the regular sets.
I believe there is room for improvement, both in terms of honesty in menu representation and staff training. Customers deserve transparency and value for what they are paying. I hope your team can look into this seriously to ensure better customer experiences in the future.

Hands down the WORST dining experience in my life.
Newly opened outlet of Purple Panda, decided to give it a try. I couldn't have made a worse decision. A complete and absolute waste of time and money. Where do I even begin?
We ordered our food for dinner after looking at the menu: an aglio olio with prawns and a fish and chips, opting for a set that came with ice lemon tea and a mushroom soup.
After we were seated, we noticed a foul stench (the kind that smells like someone hasn't showered in days), and we initially thought it was just passing.
The pasta came first. My girlfriend and I stared at it in disbelief.
The pasta was chopped up as if it were meant to be fed to an 18-month-old toddler. Have you ever paid $15 for pasta only for it to be chopped into 3cm pieces to be eaten with a SPOON?

The fish and chips came next. It was actually okay, given the fact that everything was from the freezer straight to the fryer.
But guess what? We asked for tartar sauce – not available. Chilli flakes for the pasta – not available. The alternative they gave us was packet chilli sauce for the pasta. *Facepalm*
Every single table was stained and wet from previous diners; cutlery was cleared, but tables were not wiped.
This was rock bottom for a dine-in experience.
Alas, treasure was found in my coleslaw.
A singular, magnificent strand of hair (curled) was discovered.

Triggered and absolutely disgusted, we called the manager and told him everything you just read. And that's when we realized where the foul stench was coming from.
He offered no form of recovery. The only thing we got from him was a "sorry," stating he had only been manager for a day. He offered to replace my fish and chips, but we rejected it as we had lost our appetites.
We weren't looking for a refund (not that it was offered anyway). Turned off by the colourful displays of hair, tingling smells, and sights, we promptly left.
NEVER AGAIN.

The salted egg pasta was horribly overcooked and had a really weird texture. The sauce was still okay, but because of the pasta, it was hard to finish. For the price point, they could have given more chicken. Immediately after serving the food, the counter staff came over to ask me in Chinese to do a Google review, which I found incorrect. Why should I do that before even eating the food? Won't be coming back.

The place was bright, neat, and very strategic, being only a few steps from the MRT Station. The deals for students and the Saints were truly value for money (not sure if the promotion was for a limited period or perpetual). The menu was varied, making it possible to grab main meals, sides, drinks, snacks, and desserts under one roof. We were also told it operates beyond midnight.
Service was excellent! Arif was patient and friendly. He shared with us the perks of signing up as members. He had a positive attitude and was effective in communicating with customers and guests about the menu and addressing their needs.

I tried the chicken wings from Purple Panda@Poiz Centre and they were delicious – crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavour! On top of that, the service was excellent. The Malay staff member was really friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Will definitely come back again!

I'd say it's good to try this newly opened restaurant. The beef cubes and pasta here tasted great! It's also good to have fruit tea options. However, they need to improve their service. I will order takeaway until their service is running smoothly.

The food is decent. I ordered a beef wrap with fries. The wrap had beef and lettuce, along with some well-cooked, quite succulent egg. I would come back again; the service is also fast and efficient.
