Rude staff at the cashier (a petite female wearing a tight hair bun). As soon as we arrived at the cashier, the staff rudely signaled us to go inside and make our own mobile order. She spoke in full Mandarin without even looking at us while she was busy arranging receipts. The restaurant was not even busy with customers at that time. My partner did not understand the language, but fortunately, I do. She treated us coldly but was pleasant to other Chinese customers, taking their orders at the counter. When she printed our receipt, she just placed it on our table without even looking, with a stern face. We would understand if you can't speak English, but being rude is not acceptable. Anyway, how could the company employ someone who can't even speak basic English? Did the management train this particular staff properly? I usually order delivery but decided to dine in today. Our lunch mood was soured because of this rude staff.
