The food is good, but it might be a bit pricier than other coffeeshop cuisine. Rice, mutton, and omelette with vegetables costed $9. Rice, stingray, and vegetables costed $7. The low rating is because they charge 30¢ per takeaway for non-reusable styrofoam containers, which is quite unethical.

Dear Raden Lina Management, I am writing to share my recent experience at your West Plaza outlet, which unfortunately fell short of expectations. I believe constructive feedback is important, and I hope this will be taken in the spirit of improvement. On my visit, I ordered three packets of Nasi Padang and was charged $32. There were no visible prices displayed, and the final amount seemed to be quoted arbitrarily. Transparency in pricing is essential for customer trust, and this experience left me feeling overcharged and disappointed. Additionally, the freshness of the fish served was noticeably lacking. It did not appear to be of good quality, which raises concerns about food safety and standards. I would also like to highlight the service I received. In particular, a male Malay staff member with blonde hair came across as unfriendly and dismissive, with a visible attitude. Courteous and respectful service is a key part of the dining experience, and this behavior was disappointing. Given the quality of food, lack of clear pricing, and poor service, I do not intend to return to this outlet. There are many other Nasi Padang establishments in the Pasir Ris area that offer better value and customer service. I wish your team the best, and I hope these issues will be addressed for the benefit of future customers.

The food tasted terrible, and the staff were very arrogant, especially the male server. He was very impatient and spoke harshly, showing no kindness or hospitality. The Mee Soto was tasteless, and the food was extremely expensive.

Probably one of the best Nasi Padang places in the east. They offer a wide variety of authentic and delicious selections. The portions are substantial as well, and it's sure to give you a food coma afterwards. I will definitely be back here again to try the rest of their dishes.

I love their Rendang. It tastes delicious and is very tender. Their lontong is also good; it is sweeter than others. The bergedil (mashed potato fritter) is above average. The achar tastes good but needs longer marination. The sambal belachan has a good kick and tastes good too.

Generous servings and a good menu. A much-welcomed halal food shop in West Plaza. They are located inside the Koufu coffeeshop near the front entrance of the building. Friendly and personalised service. Do support them.

One of the best nasi padang I've tried! The taste is great, authentic, and delicious. The price is reasonable for the quality, and the portions are generous as well. The owner is very friendly. I strongly recommend this nasi padang stall located in Koufu food court at West Plaza!!
