BAD EXPERIENCE and BAD SERVICE!! The staff communicated very rudely with customers!! A Malay girl and an old aunty, especially the MALAY GIRL!! Please be patient with customers, and don't raise your voice when speaking to them!!! I really love the waffles here, but the service made me disappointed! Not coming again, please improve the service!!!!!!

Seaweed chicken floss cake, $4 Was super excited to see this on display after my recent trip to China! I had a bias for 鲍师傅‘s 肉松小贝 (literally my favourite food throughout the trip), so my expectations were sky-high Excitedly, I opened up the box and took a bite. The cake was damp and dense, and a little slippery to hold. I think it's not the kind I remember fondly. It's more like a dense vanilla cake coated with a mayo-like sauce, covered with fine meat floss. From what I tasted at 鲍师傅, it was a light, fluffy sandwich cake with slightly crispy meat floss, fragrant toasted sesame seeds, and seaweed – a good balance of sweet and savoury. This was more of a sweet treat/almost dessert to me. It was a good attempt to make this available in SG nonetheless. Worst service when buying waffles. A rude Malay lady served me. She couldn't even cut the waffle properly. A big NO.

I initially thought it was just a simple sandwich. However, it's a 'snadwich' designed for on-the-go enjoyment. The small container it comes in makes it possible to eat while walking to your bus stop. Moreover, the sandwich is compact and packed with my favorite ingredients like tomatoes, eggs, and grilled chicken. There are also vast options to choose from. I bought four and ate two on the go – one savoury and one sweet. The fruit sandwich was a pleasant surprise. I might get this for my birthday because the cream between the fruits really suits my tastebuds. It contained strawberries, kiwi, and peach – quite a combination. Yummy!
