The burger is very average; I wouldn't really call it a burger, to be honest. The lemon sprite was actually quite tasty. The tater tots became quite jelak after a while. Worst by far was the fried chicken. The skin was hard, and the meat still looked quite raw, as shown in the picture. It also smelled quite bad. The staff even argued that it's how their marinade for their chicken is, and said they could change it for me and it would be the same. He wasn't lying, though; the chicken was still pink af. I ate a little of the chicken and hope I don't get diarrhea. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Eat at your own risk.

I'm a frequent shiok burger customer and always like the potato tots and added $ for my meal. Howeve

I'm a frequent customer at Shiok Burger and always enjoy the potato tots and the value added to my meal. However, I've been very disappointed lately with the potato tots at this branch, as they are frequently served cold, not even warm. They should maintain the quality of hot food, freshly baked and served hot.

Ordered the chicken garlic burger. At first, I thought it looked small, but it turned out to be very filling. The burger is unique; it uses the pancake typically found in 'shou zhua bing' (hand-grabbed pancake) as the burger bun. Recommended to come again with friends or colleagues.

Enjoyed Classic Garlic Chicken burger very much. Will b nice if hot soya milk is served. Feedba

Enjoyed the Classic Garlic Chicken burger very much. It would be nice if hot soya milk was served. Feedback: the photo on the menu is not the same as the food. We love the bread, and they sure don't look like burger buns. Maybe it is best to update the photo so customer expectations are managed.

The meat is thick and crispy, and the mala sauce is quite nice – not too spicy, but a bit too salty. The bun could also be crispier. Must try the ebiko sauce tater tots!! Service here is slow, and I've noticed they often give out wrong orders for takeaway. However, this is understandable since they've just opened.

We had the classic wagyu burger, classic garlic chicken burger, and fried drumstick. Their naan-like burger buns were surprisingly delectable. Every bite of the chicken burger and chicken drumstick gave off fragrant Indian spices. The chicken drumstick was very crunchy but appeared overfried, with an unappetizingly darker color, unlike the standard expected golden brown ones. The staff were amiable during our late visit last night. Cleanliness needed more attention, though; it wasn't crowded, but most tables and chairs were not cleaned, with food bits everywhere. On our second visit, we had the mala crispy chicken burger, which was wonderful. The chicken was crispy on the outside, tender, and juicy on the inside. The mala flavor, though very mild, was delectable. The unpleasant experience for us was with the wagyu beef classic burgers our kids had; both burgers' patties were undercooked. I informed the staff, and they immediately made new, perfectly cooked ones.
