This was my first visit to this restaurant. I ordered the Mala Chicken Burger set ($4.99). The restaurant was very small, making the seating a little uncomfortable. I had to sit near the order kiosk, and there was also some noise from outside as the entrance was wide open. The food was prepared swiftly, and I received my meal fast. The food was alright; the burger tasted nice, and the Coca-Cola was good too. It was quite affordable, but I wouldn't recommend eating in due to the very small space. It's probably worse when it's crowded.

Got the $5 meal with the chicken mala burger and a drink. The food is good, and the drink is nice, though there's a little too much ice. However, I'm giving it 3 stars because they removed the cheese fries and made the meal $1 cheaper. I wish they'd bring back the cheese fries option for $5.99, so customers have a choice between the $5.99 meal (with cheese fries) or the $4.99 option (without cheese fries). Also, the place is a bit cramped, so it's better to eat quickly and leave.

I ordered a takeaway today at the Vivo outlet and was disappointed with the service. The staff member (circled in the picture) was extremely slow and unhelpful, while the “bigger” guy managed everything by himself. He had to ask the slower staff member for assistance with tasks like opening the pineapple can and delivering drinks. Overall, waiting 20 minutes for just one order before mine is completely unacceptable. The unhelpful waiter seemed more focused on the cashier dashboard than on providing service. Even the lady at the noodle stall noticed how the slow staff member was not contributing and was making the other person handle everything. This is simply unacceptable. The taste of the burger was very ordinary, and the fries were all soggy by the time we reached home (a 15-minute drive). On a positive note, the larger staff member did thank me for my patience. I saw how busy and helpless he was and didn't wish to pursue further. I really hope the management at Shiok Burger takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training for their staff.

The burger is very average; I wouldn't really call it a burger, to be honest. The lemon sprite was actually quite tasty. The tater tots became quite jelak after a while. Worst by far was the fried chicken. The skin was hard, and the meat still looked quite raw, as shown in the picture. It also smelled quite bad. The staff even argued that it's how their marinade for their chicken is, and said they could change it for me and it would be the same. He wasn't lying, though; the chicken was still pink af. I ate a little of the chicken and hope I don't get diarrhea. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Eat at your own risk.

I'm a frequent shiok burger customer and always like the potato tots and added $ for my meal. Howeve

I'm a frequent customer at Shiok Burger and always enjoy the potato tots and the value added to my meal. However, I've been very disappointed lately with the potato tots at this branch, as they are frequently served cold, not even warm. They should maintain the quality of hot food, freshly baked and served hot.

Seriously, guys, "WOW" is the only word for this burger. It wasn't super busy when I went. People whine about the size, but it was perfect for me. The bun was the softest ever! And actual vegetables! The price is kinda like McDonald's, but way better. Don't get the boring chicken one at McD's, get the spicy "mala" burger here instead. Fries and drinks are, you know, fries and drinks. Just try the burger, you'll get it.

The ordering system is easy, and the prices are reasonable for both set and a la carte options. However, the drink selection for the set is quite limited to soda, which could be improved. The burgers themselves have nice, different buns, and the chicken is cooked nicely. The ebiko flavor is quite overpowering, but it's still enjoyable together. The tater tots with ebiko are not a better choice than regular fries.

Very cute logo and nice packaging for delivery. A fork is also provided for the fries, however the fries were cold and not crispy. I'm not sure if they would be better if eaten dine-in. I chose the grilled chicken burger, which came with a slice of pineapple and very fresh lettuce. The bun is thinner than usual but very tasty.

Ordered the chicken garlic burger. At first, I thought it looked small, but it turned out to be very filling. The burger is unique; it uses the pancake typically found in 'shou zhua bing' (hand-grabbed pancake) as the burger bun. Recommended to come again with friends or colleagues.
