On December 1, 2023, an Indian lady working there told me I couldn't choose the vegetables for the cheesy garlic sandwich. What a joke! Even Grab's Subway allows it. The mint cookies cost an additional $1 and they don't even taste good.

Servers were not wearing masks. One was loud, obnoxious, and rude. He went to the back when I asked him to stop leaning over the counter and yelling (also no mask). The music is so loud no one can hear anything, let alone place an order. I've been here many times as I was warded and I love Subway food.

The way the crew makes sandwiches here at Subway CGH is very inconsistent. Some put so little dressing or topping of lettuce and onion that you can hardly see them on a foot-long honey oat sandwich. I have bought foot-long honey oat sandwiches from many of your different branches in Singapore. Sadly, the sauce and vegetable topping by the crew in this branch is pathetically the least.

This experience at Subway was very dissatisfying. One of the staff here were very unprofessional. Only one of them was quite good (the young man in the grey jacket). The lady staff who served me was slow, did not know what was on the menu, was unsure of the prices and had to ask. The sauce was given so pitifully, so little! Not in the zigzag manner that Subway artists normally give. It was so little. You're telling me you don't sell lettuce? No corn? Then she pulled up a string of salad vegetables and said, "Yeah, these are the lettuce." Clearly, that was not what I was looking for. If you are an avid fan of Subway, "disappointing" is the word I would describe this visit. In the past, it was still okay. If you're planning a visit to CGH Subway, head to the one at B1 at Eastpoint Mall instead. They serve more food options with more highly-trained and professional staff. The one at CGH has a broken coffee machine too. Cold drinks only have Sprite and Coke. Sorry, this experience has deterred me from eating at the CGH branch of Subway already. Staff should be more well-trained. It wasn't like there was no food, but the staff gave me the food so little...

Service was slow, and I had to wait for two others before making payment. I was also not allowed to dine in, even though the shop closes at 8:30 pm and I arrived at 7+ pm.

Gemma and her colleague (I didn't catch the name tag) are the loveliest people around. I bought dinner here, and their natural joy and kindness were contagious, even though I didn't initiate any conversation. They truly made my day. 10/10, they made this Subway brighter ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️. Amazing!

The subway here is good. The staff are friendly and do remember to take your receipt. Complete a quiz to get a free cookie for your next purchase! The subway has both indoor and outdoor seating. It's just nice.

I'd like to give recognition to Tiffany, who was very friendly and patient while serving me and my family. She was alone when we visited, and there were two other customers in front of us. We could see she was very busy preparing all the Subway sandwiches with care by herself, doing her best to manage the waiting customers' expectations. Tiffany did a great job, providing excellent service! She's a valuable staff member to the company.

Wed, 15 Jun 2022, 1500hrs, CGH Subway. Had a Subway meal here, served by a senior lady. She didn't sound too friendly initially, but she served from her heart! While having my meal, I overheard her taking an order from an elderly customer with a walking aid. She was so patient with her, even bringing out a carrier bag for her, seeing her difficulty. She asked if the customer was taking a bus home and engaged in a little small talk. What a delightful moment to witness in a fast-food restaurant!
