Not willing to serve customers who are ready to order. The cookies are as hard as a biscuit. Please don't tell customers you are selling cookies. Previously, I ordered a regular meal, and the staff gave me a small meal instead. After questioning, the staff insisted it was the correct meal. A small cup for a regular meal?

The staff member at the counter on the evening of August 28, 2025, was extremely rude. Despite asking multiple times if the veggie sub was vegetarian and eggless, they provided false information and were very impolite. The sauces contain egg. So, vegetarian Indians, please be aware before you order.

It's a good place in City Square Mall. The only disadvantage is they don't have baby chairs. The food quality, taste, and speed of delivery are all awesome.

The ever-reliable sandwich shop. This outlet has moved down to B3 from its original location at B1. This new location has less foot traffic, so I imagine the eating experience is better. I got an Italian BMT, and the aunty made my sandwich exactly the way I like it. She even added extra olives for me. Super happy.

They are always generous with the salad on the subs, to the point where they have difficulty wrapping them up. Which is great, as that's why I go there – plenty of salad! The new location is quieter, so it's always quick and easy to find a seat. Compared to other Subways, it's 5 stars. However, it is still a Subway, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars!

New location in City Square Mall (opposite the old place). The restaurant's interior design has a new look; you might miss it if you're used to the old Subway restaurant aesthetic. The food is always the same. The place seems smaller with fewer seats, but it definitely looks much cleaner. The drinks dispenser is at the side, near the tables at the back.

SUBWAY has changed its shop position. This is the new shop location. They provide fresh food and soft drinks. Not all food here is Halal. So, if Muslims want to take Halal food, they must be careful when ordering. Their burgers are really tasty, I think because of their bread. If you travel to Singapore and stay near Mustafa Centre, you must try their food. Normally, when I visit Singapore and stay near Mustafa Centre, I get food from there. Tuna fish is really tasty, and I hope others will also like the food. Thanks SUBWAY for providing food support.

Good. The location was a bit inconvenient (B3) and there was a smell on one of the floors (not the subway itself), so we couldn't sit there to dine in. The food was fine though.
