Subway Singapore has achieved full halal certification across all 131 outlets, representing a significant milestone after the franchise stopped serving pork products in 2018 to meet MUIS (Islamic Religious Council of Singapore) strict requirements. This global submarine sandwich chain now offers complete halal dining for Muslim customers, making their extensive menu accessible to Singapore's diverse population.
The restaurant specializes in customizable submarine sandwiches available in 6-inch and foot-long sizes, prepared fresh before your eyes with a wide assortment of halal-certified meats, cheeses, vegetables and toppings on freshly baked bread. Popular menu items include the tender Chicken Teriyaki, zesty Italian B.M.T.®, hearty Roasted Chicken, and the unique Chilli Crab Sub that blends traditional Singapore flavors with the iconic Subway experience.
After almost seven months of transition process, all Subway restaurants in Singapore now display official MUIS halal certificates, ensuring compliance with Islamic dietary laws. This transformation from 22 years of serving non-halal items to complete halal certification demonstrates Subway's commitment to inclusivity and accessibility, making them a trusted choice for Muslims seeking convenient, customizable sandwich options across the island.

Please check if the 6-inch long bread you ordered is actually 10cm, as their pre-cut bread (not cut in front of you from a footlong) seems to be shorter. :(

I came here to share how rude the cashier was to customers, and then I saw so many bad reviews, which explains why. The cashier ruined my entire day, and I hope you would eat elsewhere rather than experience the same terrible experience I had.

Please don't bother going here. It was the worst experience I've ever had. The cashier was extremely rude and told me not to come to her store again because my order was taking too long. It would be better to walk to the other Subway at Chinatown Point than to go through this type of experience.

The sandwich artists here are not up to standard. Service is slow, they seem to have short-term memory issues, and there's no clear SOP. Every time I come here, I get irritated that I have to answer the same question multiple times! This is probably because they ask you questions too early and can't remember your answer half the time. Please retrain your staff.
Your saving grace is that my roast chicken wrap is always well heated up, which is not always the case at other outlets.

Good place. It's pretty much the only alternative if you are a vegetarian. The person making the sandwiches could have used a bit more skill to wrap all the veggies into the bread, but something is better than nothing!
