Generally, the staff here are nice. Today I encountered a rude one. I'm not sure if the tone was normal, but he sounded annoyed and rude. I said 'salad,' and he replied, 'What salad?' I mentioned 'chicken beast,' and he loudly corrected me, 'Roasted chicken breast.' His next question, 'Egg mayo, how many scoops?' was asked with irritation. When I said 'cheese,' and he replied, 'Got two cheeses here, you must say which one,' I was quite taken aback. I understand you might be tired, but service is service. The tone used! Gosh! You never want your customer to feel unwanted, and that's exactly how I felt. I'm sure the person before me felt the same way, as he used the same tone on them. With this attitude, it's better not to work in the service line. Or perhaps it was just a bad day for him. I hope I don't receive such service or tone of voice again; I will certainly call it out! The counter boy was nice, no complaints.

I am a regular at this outlet, visiting a few times a week, mostly during dinner as it is less crowded compared to lunchtime. The service here is good. The Filipino male server and some others are very friendly and would often greet customers warmly. My experience here has been pleasant. Staff would also oblige when I want extra veggies and toppings.
I think they can improve by wiping the tables when they are dirty; sometimes they are not cleaned. I would try different items on the menu. Occasionally, I encounter new staff who may charge wrongly for a set or soup add-on, but I would highlight it.
