Please educate your staff on how to use cashless transactions. Their gadgets were down, and your staff refused to let me leave despite showing her that payment had been made. I wasted my time waiting for her to boot up the iPad several times! You can sell pricey bread but cannot upgrade your payment modes. Seriously! Baker Talent's breads are cheap and good.

The area is very cramped, and the pricing is steep for a heartland bakery. Please review your pricing, as flour doesn't cost much.

Bought this red velvet cake at Swee Heng on 26 Jun 2022. My family opened it on the same day. The cake looked alright when opened. But to our horror, we realised the cream had hardened and the cake had a foul smell after consuming it. Surely, there was no QC check on the cakes. I wonder if the staff know how and when to check such cakes. Please improve.

I had not one but two bad experiences when I bought the sunflower seeds with cranberries buns at Rivervale Mall yesterday between 10:30 am and 11 am:
1. While choosing the buns with the most cranberries, one of the Chinese staff members stared at me rudely with a black face, clearly unhappy that I was comparing the packaging. It wasn't as if I was making a mess at the display. I felt very uncomfortable with her staring. After I picked up the pack I wanted, she quickly rearranged the bun packs, which weren't messy at all, and then proceeded to take several photos of the buns at the display. What's up with that?
2. Today, I ate one of the buns for breakfast. I was expecting it to be soft with a slightly milky and sweet taste. It turned out to be tasteless and very dry. Even spreading butter or cream cheese failed to improve the taste. I felt so disappointed. Swee Heng buns are no longer as good as when they first launched, and this isn't the first time I've eaten poor-quality bread and buns.
Needless to say, these two very bad experiences mean I will no longer step into Swee Heng bakery.
I think food establishments, including bakeries, that start with excellent quality products and then deteriorate in their quality and taste over time should have their licenses suspended until they improve their food quality!
