Ordered 'Mac N Cheese' from Grab and it was delivered to me just now in this soupy, half-cooked condition!! I did not eat it due to safety concerns. Perhaps don't accept the order if you are going to serve food without a proper quality check.

Good evening. We went to the West Mall Swensen's with family this week. The food was all well served, but we felt that the manpower was low. We saw the staff struggling to clean up all the dishes with the amount of crowd coming during peak periods. I went to the buffet Swensen's at Changi Terminal in December, and we saw how there were machines helping out with the collection of plates. If you could put a few of these robots in this Swensen's, I think it would help very much for the staff and the appeal of the restaurant. Plus, I would like to add that your staff, Floria, who I heard is a student, was really hardworking towards clearing up the space and serving customers. I hope you'll consider my suggestion. Today was supposed to be a special day – celebrating my son's birthday at Swensen's! We were all excited, but the experience was a letdown. The mushroom soup and fries were served cold, which was really disappointing. I hope they can review their food handling and serving procedures to ensure customers receive hot, freshly prepared meals.

We were ushered in immediately as the crew, an older lady, cleared a table to fit our group of 6 pretty quickly. It was a Friday night, and it's almost always crowded. (I forgot her name, but she was very pleasant.) Service from Flora and Maan was very attentive. Flora was quick to get extra sauces for us, and Maan helped us correct a wrong order and even cheerfully asked if we needed further help. This is a much-improved experience compared to our previous visits in the past few years. Swensen's has always been a great family place, and the food is pretty good. I've experienced many other outlets too. I must say the food was served promptly and hot, unlike some outlets where we receive cold food. One gripe though: I redeemed a hot latte as a member, and it reflected as redeemed, but my latte never arrived.

We had a very good dinner at Swensen's. Always without fail. This outlet is quite open and bright. The staff are also very attentive. We will be back. Sign up for membership on Telegram for a free drink (daily), and add kids for a free monthly sundae. Sometimes there are even free mains (we got a fish and chips this time). It was a Wednesday evening, so there was no queue. Expect queues on weekends. P.S. I was talking to the manager who just joined two weeks ago and I thought the outlet was newly renovated. But actually, it has been quite a while. My memory failed me. Thank you for the chat and service.

I was there for dinner and the restaurant was quite crowded. Staff Joey was attentive even though she was busy with serving ready orders. The other gentleman was also helpful (I didn't manage to catch his name, sorry!), and let us change tables on short notice. The food was a little slow, though understandable due to the crowd at that point. The ice cream was served fast after requesting, props to the staff making them at the time (didn't catch your name either).

Flora, the staff member, is definitely pleasant and hardworking. She was serving alone most of the time. I'll give her 5 stars for her great attitude. I hope she is treated better, as she was serving alone for most of the time. This was my first time meeting her, and I'll be back again. She's a great staff member!

Mr. Hari Om and all the staff are friendly. They even invited other patrons to sing the birthday song for my wife. Kudos to all the staff, and especially Mr. Hari Om. Thank you for the lovely dinner.
