Operating multiple convenient locations including Tampines Mall Level 4 within the Kopitiam food court, Paya Lebar Square, IMM Shopping Mall in Jurong East, Northpoint City, Hillion Mall, Singapore General Hospital, and Pasir Ris Mall, with additional outlets planned for expansion, Telur Thai ensures accessible service throughout Singapore while maintaining consistent quality standards and authentic preparation methods.

The signature Golden Pad Thai Egg Floss represents the restaurant creative pinnacle, transforming the beloved Thai street food classic into a visually stunning and texturally complex dish that combines traditional pad thai flavors with innovative egg floss preparations. This signature creation demonstrates how traditional recipes can evolve while maintaining their essential cultural authenticity.

The family-sized Thai omelette showcases traditional Thai egg preparations at their finest, featuring fluffy, aromatic omelettes brimming with traditional spices that create warming, satisfying comfort food experiences. These generous portions make it ideal for sharing among families and groups while providing exceptional value for money.

Menu offerings extend beyond egg specialties to encompass comprehensive Thai cuisine traditions, including the Golden Tom Yum Soup Egg Floss that combines the beloved hot and sour soup with innovative egg presentations, Thai Basil Minced Chicken with Rice and Egg that delivers the classic flavors of pad kra pao enhanced with fresh egg preparations, and Thai Basil Tofu with Rice and Egg that provides vegetarian-friendly options without compromising traditional Thai flavor profiles.

Premium offerings include Thai Steamed Seabass with Lime Sauce that showcases the delicate preparation methods and bright, citrusy flavors that define refined Thai cuisine. The tom yum fried rice perfectly balances the signature hot and sour flavors that define this iconic Thai soup in a convenient rice dish format, while the signature Thai basil chicken arrives sizzling with aromatic herbs that create engaging sensory experiences combining visual presentation with exceptional aromas and flavors.

Most dishes maintain wallet-friendly pricing around S0-12, making authentic Thai cuisine accessible to diverse economic backgrounds while ensuring generous portions that provide satisfying meal experiences. Bad experience. We waited half an hour for two simple dishes, and the food was below sub-par. They say you get what you pay for; if that's the case, I should have gotten this for free. They seem to be focused on Grab orders, ignoring the long queue. If you don't have time to take orders, don't do Grab. Hehe. Anyone who tells you the food is good is probably lying.

Disappointing Experience Due to Staff Attitude I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent visit to this outlet left me extremely disappointed—not because of the food, but because of the unprofessional behavior of the staff. Hospitality is a huge part of any dining experience, and sadly, that was completely missing here. It’s a shame because the food itself was decent, but the negative attitude of the staff completely ruined the meal for us. ⸻ ⚠️ Suggestion to Management: To the Management, I strongly urge you to address the conduct and customer service standards of your staff. What we experienced was not just poor service—it bordered on outright disrespect. If this behavior is not corrected promptly through proper training and accountability, it will continue to damage your restaurant’s reputation and deter loyal customers. Please take this feedback seriously. A beautiful ambiance and great food mean little when customers are made to feel unwelcome or disrespected. Sincerely, A disappointed (and now former) customer

See the photo. Worst Pad Thai I've ever eaten. Shame on the Thai cook. Very disappointed. Don't order the Pad Thai. The basil pork rice was okay, but the portion was also ridiculously small. I wonder what the kitchen staff were doing. Other branches were nice; it's just this branch.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. A Thai lady got my order wrong. I asked for Chicken Tom Yum Soup but she gave me Seafood Tom Yum Soup instead. After I clarified, another lady gave me a screw-up face and reluctantly retracted the order. My husband ordered steamed seabass with rice. The food took more than 30 minutes to be ready... :( Throughout the situation, all staff spoke Thai amongst themselves as though ridiculing me. I am very sorry for all of them. You are losing your customers at this outlet if you keep up with this kind of service.

The food here is okay, but I was put off by the service. The person who took my order was rude, more focused on chatting with her coworkers than on me. She even rolled her eyes when she finally came back to take my order after her chat. I paid $8.8 for just chicken Tom Yum fried rice and a cup of Thai milk tea, which was too sweet and lacked a strong tea flavour. I think it would be better to spend a little extra and go to Sanook Kitchen (inside this mall and not sponsored) for much better food and service.

Update: Service and food have greatly improved. Ordering food is hassle-free and much more pleasant. The food, as mentioned in the original review and comments, is still great despite the queue. Keep up the good food. I now understand why this stall (Hillion Outlet) has plenty of 1-star reviews. One word: Service. Or rather, a lack of it. However, before going into more detail, I must thank and give credit to the Male Thai Chef who cooked the authentic dishes. He cooked perfectly, and the food was indeed very delectable. The only downside to this stall was the lady who served or manned the cashier taking orders. She took down the wrong order (could be miscommunication or perhaps she had difficulty understanding English), but simply giving attitude and making snarky remarks was really unnecessary. I came here to try your food, not your comments. I will give this stall another try when the service improves or the aforementioned cashier lady is not taking my order. Food-wise, they have plenty of Thai curries and Tom Yum soups, plus some rice dishes on their menu. They also serve Thai Teas and Pad Thai for a quick fix. Prices are reasonable considering the portion and quality. Since the stall is inside a Kopitiam, there are plenty of seats. Halal certified.
