The BBQ wings ordered were soggy. I noticed the chef simply placed the prepared BBQ wings into the microwave oven to heat them up. I will not recommend this to anyone.

Got the deep dish pizza, which was a collaboration with Gino's East of Chicago. I thought the flavour was decent. Also had their pasta, which seemed better than what Tenderfresh was offering. However, the pasta was too soft for our liking. The service team was great. Apart from being prompt, they were always on the lookout to attend to any queries from customers.

The menu offers a wide variety of items. The food quality is average, and the prices are fairly reasonable. It's a good place to hang out with small groups, though it gets crowded on Saturdays. They don't serve mineral water; you need to order and pay after getting your seats.

I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Chop Sedap, mushroom soup, and the Lucky Set (fried chicken with fries). The chicken chop was decent, though I wish the rice had more flavour. The chilli sauce was a letdown; it lacked spiciness and that extra kick. On the bright side, the mushroom soup came with plenty of mushrooms, so it didn’t taste like the typical canned version. The fried chicken was alright, but I remember it being crispier and better in the past. One thing I appreciated was the spacious seating, which is great for dining in large groups.

The aglio olio had visible spices but was surprisingly tasteless, lacking any saltiness. The grilled chicken half-piece was okay. The lady serving at the entrance was rushing to clear plates. I'm serious. The moment I finished my food and dropped my utensils, she came to check if I was done and immediately cleared them. I understand it's lunch hour, but there wasn't a long queue like the Korean food stall next door, so why the rush? I wouldn't have occupied the place for so long.

Visited on 2 Aug at around 5pm. We ordered the seafood platter, but when bringing the food to our table, one of the prawns fell out of the plate onto the floor. One of the staff members saw and offered us a replacement prawn on his own initiative. I didn't think it was necessary because it was our own fault that we dropped the prawn anyway, but I was pleasantly surprised by the staff's attentiveness. Aside, Tenderfresh is not the cheapest chain (mains tend to be >$10), but portion sizes are huge and offer good value for money. The ambience is good for social gatherings with friends or family.

Located on the first floor of Our Tampines Hub, this stall offers Western food. Their specialty roasted golden chicken with rice or leg beauty chicken with rice sounds like a great deal. You'll need to write your order code on a piece of paper, then order and pay at the cashier. When your food is ready, a buzzer will alert you to collect it. The staff provides good service. They accept FavePay and ShopeePay for payment. The banana split is also delicious! It can get crowded during peak hours or lunchtime. Highly recommended!

This restaurant offers a Western food experience. It's located on the first floor of Our Tampines Hub. I think the prices are reasonable and the menu is good. The food is served hot and immediately. The service is pleasant with good staff. You will need to write your order code on a piece of paper, then order and pay at the cashier. When your food is ready, a buzzer will alert you to collect it. The background music they played was soothing, setting a relaxing mood.

I love Tenderfresh Classic!!! The Laksa prawn pasta is highly recommended; it's my go-to whenever I'm here. The mozzarella cheese sticks are also a banger. I can't comment on other dishes as I've never tried them, but they look good, hence the photos I'm sharing.
