When I asked the Chinese lady how long the waffle would take, her attitude was very poor. She couldn't even speak properly. At least tell the customer how long it takes. There were too many customers, and they couldn't manage.

Bought a chocolate cake on the evening of 16/11. I wanted my kids to have it for breakfast the next day, but the cake was already mouldy. It's ironic that this bakery is situated at a children's hospital. Mouldy cake for kids. My cake belongs in the chute. I'll be sure to check better before buying in the future.

I just bought two waffles, and they had completely different textures even though they were bought together. One was extremely dry and hard, while the other was soft. The hard one was so tough that my gum hurt from eating it. The filling for the chocolate one was also very meager, as you can see from the photos – you can't even tell there's any chocolate filling at all. For the price, it's definitely not worth it. I definitely won't recommend the waffles here, even though the aroma is tempting.

Purchased waffles at 2:45 PM and was told there would be an hour wait. Came back an hour later to find the whole store had blacked out. All customers and staff were responding poorly. Staff lacked courtesy and training to handle such matters, displaying a seriously poor attitude. The store management is terrible as refunds were not allowed because staff said they were unable to process them. God knows when electricity will be reinstated. Staff only allowed customers to get other items of the same value, but what if there is nothing else a customer wants? This is no different from forcing it upon the customers. Management needs to STEP UP!!!

I thought they were known for their waffles. But unfortunately, the staff member decided to make the waffles in advance. I ordered two waffles and both were already pre-made. I told her I didn’t like them pre-made, and she acted like she didn’t hear me. Never buying again!

Best crispy waffles in this area, but the waiting time can be very long and it's a bit pricey.

Bought 2 waffles here today, 13 Jul 2023: chocolate and crunchy peanut, each at $2. Waited 30 minutes for the waffles to be done. The waffles have a crispy thin crust, with not much inner chewiness. The crunchy peanut filling didn't have crunchy bits. The chocolate filling had a slight salty aftertaste. Not my favourite waffles. I prefer some thickness and a chewy texture inside.

Triplet’s waffle Super long queue as usual, their waffle is always hot and crispy, and the spread is generous as well. I love the waffles on their own; they are sweet and delicious. My favourite topping is still the cream cheese – savoury, creamy, and cheesy. #wxmusteat

Sgd2.5 for premium filling, the waffle doesn't taste that great, only passable. Service was fantastic; the auntie cashier was very nice and patient despite the long queue for waffles. The air con was dripping.

I've seen many comments, and this is probably my 5th or 6th time buying waffles from here. It's quite obvious that the waffles here seem to be the hot-selling item over other choices offered in this shop. Personally, I'm quite a waffle fan, and if I were to order, I would only order from the Bedok Mall B2 or this outlet. Any other outlet either has a less pleasant taste and smell or just doesn't meet my taste bud expectations I agree the queue can be quite long with a very long waiting time, even at 3pm+. But look, that's why so many people are buying, isn't it? So for those who want to try these waffles, you may have to manage your expectations on the waiting time. You could order and then go do your things and come back based on estimation. Each incremental queue number is probably 3 minutes. Finally, EAT WHILE IT'S HOT! Cheers!
