Ordered one waffle during non-peak hours at 4 pm with no instructions on where to collect. Waited for 20 minutes and then walked over to ask nicely, only to be told to collect from the side. The waffle had already been done 15 minutes prior, and the lady made us wait while we were standing in front of her. Hope SGH sees this review when deciding whether to renew their lease or bring in Prima Deli to have some competition and avoid such snobbish behavior.

Regarding the triplet branch at SGH,
One of your elderly female staff working this evening, June 19, 2025, tried to hide the QR code for ShopBack scans and insisted customers pay using PayNow. She also provided very rude service. The same goes for another foreign lady doing the baking. I'm not expecting top-notch service with a full smile, but at least not frowning and scolding when a customer requests the waffle to be crispy. I am a customer who spends money on your products; I do not owe your staff anything.
Please take action and provide this feedback to your rude staff. Thank you!

This is a very dishonest marketing gimmick to promote their breads at 3 for $5 when only selected flavours are allowed. If you cannot honour the promotion at 3 for $5, do not put up the promo. When we wanted all three cheese sausage bread, the staff advised we needed to add extra money and that the cheese sausage bread was NOT ALLOWED for the promo. This was very ridiculous advice, and she had the cheek to keep arguing. Hence, if not all breads are for 3 for $5, stop misleading consumers. It's a very disgusting gimmick just to clear your unwanted bread of the day.

Love their salads and sandwiches! I always eat their salad without fail whenever I am at SGH. The pricing is actually cheap given the option to customise our own salads with a good variety of dressings. Business seems to be really brisk because some of their ingredients might run out towards the end of the day around 4pm. There is also always a queue for their waffles, buns, and pastries. I've observed that the staff work at a very fast pace so that customers don't have to wait too long to get their salads and sandwiches ordered. Highly recommended!
