Not only did I have to travel back to the outlet to get it fixed, but it was also a huge inconvenience and waste of time. I feel a refund is the appropriate resolution for the time and effort I had to put in. I would greatly appreciate a refund for the order, as this was a clear mistake on your part. I hope you can resolve this issue swiftly. It would also be great if the team could double-check the order before passing it to the customer.

The application reflects a 10-20 minute wait, but in reality, customers are informed of 30-40 minute waits and end up waiting more than 40 minutes for those queuing. The fried rice is just mediocre and doesn't deserve a 35-minute waiting time. Wake up!

As I wanted to get some carbs and protein after the gym, I decided to queue for this. My queue number was 104. After ordering, I saw the expected waiting time was 10-20 minutes on the cashier board, so I waited patiently until 30 minutes had unknowingly passed. I decided to confront the cashier, and only then did he proceed to tell me mine was next in line, when the queue number had been stuck at 101 for the past 15 minutes. It was severely understaffed, as I could see many orders but only one staff member cooking them all. It's a bit absurd to wait 30 minutes for fried rice, and I could definitely get a Subway instead. If you are here to queue, be prepared for the long wait, but I will definitely not be coming back again.

The staff member at the counter could not speak or understand English, so I proceeded to point to the menu and verbalize my order. After receiving the order, the egg was stir-fried into the ramen, and the chili was not added. Please educate your staff.
