1. Needs aircon, too stuffy. This place only has fans, windows, and ventilation louvres. The fan blows hot wind from outside, and the ventilation louvres above make it an unpleasant place to dine in. 2. Lack of a proper drinks store. I do not want Heavenly Wang's expensive $2.50 Iced Kopi. 3. Little seating area. There is not much seating available. 4. Expensive and mediocre food. The prices here are above average. Head over to Kopitiam or Koufu for better options.

Regular coffeeshop with cafe pricing. Heavenly Wang: I didn't realize it was Heavenly Wang when I ordered my coffee. But $2.20 for a large hot coffee in a stuffy food court, really? Padang Grill: Customer Service: The cashier gave my $1 change in four 5-cent coins and some 10-cent coins. Just wow. Food: Nothing special to be charging $8 for. The food was below average. The egg and curry were subpar. The grilled chicken was alright. (First and second pictures attached show the differences. They also did not provide the fish crackers.) I wouldn't patronize again if most Koufu and Kopitiam stalls weren't closing for CNY.

Really, are we living in a world where nasi Padang can cost over $8? It should be a maximum of $6. How can anyone justify that pricing? The food is actually pretty good and one of the best, yet the portion is so small. Despite the food, I wouldn't come back due to the price. It seems the problem is high rent, as pointed out by other reviewers. I hope this gets addressed, as it's simply not worth it. It's quite insulting considering this is the only halal food court in the community.

The breakfast was very expensive and not worth it. The marshmallow set consisted of only one slice of bread (cut in half) with Nutella on one side. Inside the bread, there were only 4 pieces of marshmallow! The set plus a drink cost $3.80, which is ridiculous. How could this cost $3.80 when the Kofu breakfast set costs $3 (which comes with a big bun with butter, a drink, and two eggs)? I ended up having to go to Koufu and buy additional food for breakfast after eating the marshmallow set. I'm not sure why the pricing for this new eating place is so expensive, especially considering it's the one and only Halal-certified store supporting this community. I likely will not visit this food court again.

Definitely the otak-otak. Without a doubt, the best I have ever tasted within the Nusantara region. Heated to pristine perfection, the fluffy amalgamation of spices and fish overwhelms the senses the second it enters your mouth. They do have a variety of otak-otak, and each blends very well, though my ultimate favourite remains the fish otak-otak. As it melts in your mouth, the myriad of perfectly combined tastes brings you images of the tropical soil and the sea, transporting you to a time when people lived as one with land and sea on a tropical island paradise. I could live the rest of my life just eating this otak-otak by IKAN '86. 10/10, would eat every day in this life and the next.

A refreshing change from usual food courts! Lunching with my daughter there, and she gave a thumbs up to the mentaiko spaghetti by Spaggie & Mee. It was very appetising and a large portion. The mentaiko cream was gorgeous, and I couldn’t help picking on her food! I had the KAPITAN noodles. Coffeeshop prices but heaps of ingredients! It included an onsen egg, a generous amount of minced chicken, ikan bilis with peanuts, and wanton. I'll try the $4.80 Ngor hiang minced chicken noodle next time! Overall, a very hearty and pocket-friendly place to go with children.
