As a KETO dieter, I have been a Wingstop supporter and quite a regular at Rivercourt and P. SAFRA (dine-in and via Foodpanda). As I just moved to Gerald, I am thrilled to know there is another branch at Buangkok Square. On my first visit to the restaurant earlier, I ordered some takeaway and was informed the waiting time was 45 minutes. After the mentioned waiting time, I was flabbergasted to learn that the order would take another 30-45 minutes. In view of this, I cancelled the order. Few things I observed were: 1) The joint at Buangkok Square is SEVERELY UNDER-STAFFED. 2) Orders kept coming in, but the staff seemed to be drowning with every new order. That said, the staff there seemed polite and courteous, and I hope this feedback reaches the management to look into staff deployment relative to client size/orders.

I had a disappointing experience today. The lady at the counter was neither helpful nor friendly. While I was queuing to order, she repeatedly told me to “scan, scan” to place my order, even though I was paying with cash. When I did try to scan, the system was slow and eventually crashed with a 504 error. The staff were clearly understaffed at the time, with only three people working, which made the situation worse. Despite this, the same “scan, scan” response was given to multiple customers, including me, without offering any real assistance. Overall, the setup and service were frustrating and definitely need improvement! They were more focused on online orders rather than the customers waiting in line! Finally, I got help from the kitchen staff who were full of flour on their shirts. Thank you, brother!

Bad experience. Waited for over 20 minutes when there were no other customers. They only seemed to focus on online orders. Then, they proceeded to miss out parts of my order when they called my number. 0/10. Please retrain your staff.

The waits are always at least 30 minutes long, which is a bit funny. The food is okay, a bit salty afterwards, but the atmosphere is fine, I guess.

Honestly, not a bad experience. Everything was normal and the food came within 15 minutes (though I did go at a less peak time). Everything tasted the same, and there were no major issues. Since not many people come here, it's more pleasant. Underrated mall too.

Tastes just like any other Wingstop. My only issue is that I scanned the QR code on the dining table to order, and the next thing it told me was that it was a "Takeaway". I had no choice but to dine in with takeaway food. Maybe it's a skill issue on my part.

Had a decent dinner here; service was quick and alright. The outlet was pretty empty around 7:30 pm on a public holiday.
