I am very unhappy that the cheese fries were missing from my order. The food is not cheap, and yet they didn't check before preparing the order for collection.

Poor service. I waited for 2 hours. I asked several times, and yet no one had answers regarding my order. I ordered at 6 pm, and my order still wasn't found even after 8 pm. The crew manning the pickup area told me he would check, but he didn't. There was zero concern about service recovery or why my order (number 467) wasn't out yet, despite it being number 550 or more already.

The cashier was very unfriendly. I was unsure about the meal for 2 combo and which options required add-ons. When I asked my questions, the cashier either chose not to respond or half-heartedly pointed generically at the menu. There was no crowd, yet he was impatient with me. When I wished to clarify after placing the order, the first thing he said was, “You already paid.” Poor customer service and attitude, a really unpleasant experience in general.

Horrible experience at Wingstop Hillion. We ordered our food at 6pm and are still waiting, over two hours later at 8:27pm. The workers don't even want to answer any questions about queue numbers, just pretend they don't see us. How are people supposed to dabao food home after work??? When we asked them to check if our order was ready, the worker just glanced at the TV and said no.

My chicken was burnt and tasted chaota. The chaota taste overpowered the seasonings. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for my order. It seems like they prioritize delivery orders over dine-in/takeaway. All my chicken, fries, and mushroom fritters were soggy. Highly disappointing.

The food is good, but the queuing experience could be improved. We placed our order for the promotional wings at 6:53 pm but only received our food at 8:25 pm. Staff were struggling to distribute orders to the crowd. Customer experience could be enhanced if the screen accurately displayed the current order number, allowing customers to gauge waiting times and manage their expectations accordingly.

It is located at B1, outside Sushi Express. You can only enter from the outside of the mall. The food is okay. Seating-wise, it can get crowded during peak hours, with one person occupying two tables.
