This isn't my first time here, but the standard has been dropping with each visit. This outlet is the best taste-wise, but the waiting time is ridiculous. This time, I waited close to an hour for my crew pack meal.
The staff prioritizes online delivery orders even when there are many customers already waiting in the store. If you're already so busy and can't clear orders in time, shouldn't you turn off the delivery order machine?
Pro tip: Come during non-peak hours to avoid the waiting time...
Tried five boneless chicken flavors: Louisiana Rub, Garlic Parmesan, Irvin Salted Egg, Mango Habanero, and Teriyaki. My favorite was Louisiana Rub, a dry rub with cayenne pepper and garlic that was very nice. The Mango Habanero came second, being moist and flavorful. The limited-time Irvin Salted Egg flavor was also enjoyable. However, I found the Teriyaki flavor not nice and "very jelak," while the Garlic Parmesan was too mild.
Also enjoyed the Voodoo Fries, loaded with cheese sauce and powder, and the Cajun Fries. Highly recommend ordering the ranch sauce in a big size to dip the entire chicken in the cold sauce, which was delicious.
However, I found the service to be super slow. Even when it's not crowded, I often have to wait a very long time because they prioritize Grab orders over dine-in customers. When the place is crowded, the wait time for dine-in can be as long as 1-2 hours, which I find unacceptable. I feel that Wingstop should improve its service to better accommodate both dine-in and delivery customers.

Lunch on 24 Aug 2024. The place was quite empty before 1pm with plenty of available seats. However, I noticed many food delivery orders, so the waiting time was much longer.
I saw that their wings had become much smaller, but the taste was as good as before, especially their buffalo wings, Louisiana rub, and lemon & pepper flavours. I also loved their fries and mushroom fritters, both of which paired perfectly with the ranch sauce. My craving was satisfied for the day.

I'm not really a die-hard fan of fried chicken. This was my first time at Wingstop, having passed many branches before. I decided to give it a try as it's a new establishment. The chicken, I felt, was too dry. There are quite a lot of flavours to choose from, though. I loved their custom soda machine where you can choose what type of drinks you like. The only thing I felt was great were their fried mushrooms – juicy mushrooms coated with crispy batter. It's a nice little fast-food joint hidden in a corner. Unfortunately, I'm just not that keen on it.

Went to eat with my friends and the staff were very friendly :) The atmosphere is good with music, and the environment is conducive for meetups with friends too. The food never disappoints and is always served hot with abundant toppings and sauces. Especially love the Voodoo fries and ranch. Keep it up HGR!

Visited Wingstop for the first time and ordered at the counter. The staff were patient and friendly, which made the experience enjoyable. I decided to try their Irvins Salted Egg boneless wings. While I was unsure about which dip to choose, the staff recommended their popular ranch dip, so I decided to give it a go.
The boneless wings were incredibly fresh and tender, with the salted egg flavor perfectly balanced, making each bite (without any dip) so flavorful that it left me craving more. The fries were also well-seasoned.
It would be great if the salted egg flavor became a regular menu item! Next time, I’m looking forward to trying the cheese dip and mushroom fritters as well.
