Came here for lunch as my child wanted to try. The order took 30 minutes even though the restaurant was not even half occupied. Perhaps this was due to overwhelming food deliveries. As for the wings, the Louisiana Rub is pretty good and the Voodoo fries are the best among the lot. In the end, we couldn't really finish all the fries.

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had — utterly disappointing! This was my second time here, and it was an absolute nightmare. The wait time was outrageously long for such a small outlet. I ordered through the QR code at 7:24 pm, which was supposed to make things “easier”, but it was a disaster.
Even though it said the wait could be up to 30 minutes, after waiting for 45 minutes, I went to check on my order. When I approached a staff member, all I got was a rude “ya, what?”. I politely asked if my order had been overlooked since it had been well over 40 minutes. He went to “check” and came back with a dismissive “it won’t be in order”. No apology, nothing. Meanwhile, people who arrived more than 20 minutes after me were served their orders. I understand that it could be hectic in the kitchen, but the staff’s basic courtesy was completely lacking?!
After a total of 54 minutes, I finally got my meal, and the fries looked like they had been tossed onto the tray in a rush. The sloppy presentation, combined with the endless wait and rude service, completely ruined my appetite.
Honestly, save yourself the trouble. Just head to McDonald’s or KFC if you want fast food. At least you won’t have to put up with this level of disrespect. For the expensive price, long waiting time, and disrespectful staff, just eat somewhere else.

Just an overpriced, mediocre fried chicken. If you're coming from Malaysia, let's be honest. Perhaps you can try it once for the sake of joining the hype, but it was really not worth repeating. The boneless chicken pieces were small, and while their flavours are varied, none had that bombastic taste.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Wingstop. I placed an order for 4 tenders, but instead received 2 tenders and 2 classic bone-in chicken wings. This feels like a complete scam. To make matters worse, the packaging was terrible, and the chicken wasn't even crispy; it was soggy and unappetizing. This is unacceptable, especially for the price. I’ve been a loyal customer, but after this experience, I’m questioning whether I’ll order again. Very upset and dissatisfied.

Shrinkflation is VERY apparent at Wingstop. The size of each boneless wing is akin to a chicken bite only, half the size it used to be. The Garlic Parmesan has no garlic flavour at all. Luckily, the Irvin's salted egg flavour lives up to the hype.
Service is slow, but customers are warned of this upon ordering, so it's not a big deal. The staff at the counter are quite nice.
The atmosphere is typical of a fast-food outlet. The space is quite limited, but staff do come out to wipe tables and clear the trash bin, so it's not all bad.
Came here today for nostalgic reasons but will not return.
