The staff member who served me was genuinely so rude. A young girl wearing contacts gave me the feeling like she didn't want to be there. The food was mediocre; it's better at other chains, and I had to wait quite long even though I didn't go during peak hour.

Agonizingly slow at preparing the order; I waited more than 45 minutes. How hard could it be to make and dip six chicken wings in some sauce? Especially considering almost their entire menu is just wings. I didn't want to believe the other reviews about the atrocious service, but they are sadly accurate. It turns out, my order had already been prepared (after 45+ minutes, no less) but they made me wait an additional 15 minutes because my order number had been entered as an "online order," which was ready in 45 minutes (only!). When I went to the counter to ask about it, they turned me away the first time. I was only able to collect my cold wings fifteen minutes later after I checked in again. Unreal. Thankfully, the wings were decent, but they are absolutely not worth the waiting time. If you must order here, do so and wander around or shop for an hour before you return to collect your food. You are welcome.

I waited for an hour, which was expected as they mentioned it when I ordered. The problem after the hour was that they gave me the wrong flavour. When I mentioned it, the cashier implied I was wrong until she checked my receipt again and corrected my order without any apology. One of the flavours served was cold and tasted of old oil. I understand the long wait, but when the long wait comes with disappointing food… is it worth it though?

Super slow service. I waited roughly 45 minutes for my food, even though the estimated waiting time was 15-30 minutes. I arrived at 11 am and received my food at 11:45 am. Additionally, I asked for extra seasoning on my fries, but they didn't even bother adding it – something that takes only two seconds to do. The tables were also incredibly filthy; I found a dead bug on mine.

The wings are nice and well prepared. I enjoyed my meal. Just like what others said, the wait can get quite long considering it's fast food; I waited about 30 minutes. However, I saw that they do have a lot of staff (the kitchen is packed to the brim) and they are all hands on deck. I don't think they can have more kitchen staff due to the space. The problem is that there are too many orders – dine-in, takeaways, and deliveries. The staff had to deal with too many orders and they are already operating at full capacity. That's okay, just be prepared to wait for a table and then wait for food.

I pre-ordered for a 9:30 AM collection. While on the way, I encountered some train disruptions and was low-key panicking as they were closing at 10:00 AM. I managed to call them, and they told me not to worry. I was able to pick up the order at 10:04 AM. Thanks, guys!

Super nice and good, but one downside is that the drinks didn't come with ice that day and the drink portion was quite small. I was still very thirsty after drinking, so perhaps you could consider increasing the volume based on the price paid.

The serving time can be a bit long, but the chicken is always freshly cooked and tender—truly some of the best in Singapore. The Funan branch also offers a unique dining space that's hard to find elsewhere. Overall, a great experience!

Only order if you are prepared to wait. They are very popular and always packed with orders. The staff were polite, and the place is popular with students. Food is cooked to order, and the portions are good. The ranch sauce is the star. The Louisiana Rub goes well with the ranch sauce.
