On 16 August 2025, I placed an order online. The system indicated that my initial payment did not go through, so I placed another order and successfully paid $68. About an hour later, I went to collect my food.
However, six hours later, I received a call informing me that I had not collected my order. I clarified that I had. It then became apparent that the first payment had actually gone through, and my credit card was charged twice for the same order. I only collected one order, not two.
Your staff assured me that the matter would be rectified. Unfortunately, after waiting for two weeks, I have not received any update or refund. This is unacceptable, as I am being charged for your system error and for food that was never collected.

The tenders were extremely small, to the point that I thought they had given me boneless wings instead. They were much smaller than what the pictures depicted. Not worth it, and they were quite pricey as well. They were also out of the small fountain cups.

- The wings were swimming in oil. I expected the garlic parmesan wings to be drier, but mine were absolutely soaked and clumpy due to the copious amount of oil.
- Worst of all, there was a hair in one of the clumpy parmesan wings, so I threw that one away.

Wingstop is usually good, but today it was really bad. The food was served lukewarm; nothing was hot, which was unbelievable. I think the food preparation and assembly can be improved. It doesn't make sense for a dine-in order to be served at room temperature. I've ordered delivery before, and even that was warmer than whatever I ate today. Hopefully, these are just teething issues from its re-opening at the new location.

A young Chinese lady, a teenage staff member, gave me the wrong order. I do know I ordered from GrabFood, and it was partly my mistake for not checking the order number properly. I took GF969T and, without checking, assumed it was mine. I had almost reached the bus stop when I looked at the order again, and ITS NOT MY NAME. The young lady was not rude, but she wasn't apologetic either. She simply gave me my correct order when I returned and said, “Please write your order” on the paper list where GrabFood deliveries were being tracked. I've learned my lesson to check my food in the future. I hope this can also be a lesson for the staff. She could have been more apologetic, and there's nothing wrong with admitting a mistake.
